Went down for a guys trip to take a fishing charter we had 9 total and it was plenty of rooms and space to hang out the dock and carport were perfect to hangout on very great stay would rent again.

Great vacation

The house was a great place to stay. Owner was very well to deal with. We all had a great time. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Having access to a dock was phenomenal. We were able to rent a Skiff from the local marina during our stay and dock it right at the property. The neighbors are friendly and the golf cart made it easy to drive to the beach access. We enjoyed evening rides around the neighborhood as well. Jody was a great host and responded so quickly when we had a question.

It was the perfect staycation! Got the best of both worlds a view of the intracoastal and protected canal access to dock a boat! As a local realtor I can say the location and really everything about this house checks so many boxes being on the renter side of things: Golf cart,Grill, fish cleaning station, plenty of beds, outdoor hangout area with tv, bathroom on lower floor with a separate outdoor shower was all just some of the highlights of the stay. It rained one day and they had plenty of cards and games to play. It all exceeded my expectations! Look forward to coming back again!
