Welcome to our bright, clean, comfortable, and beautiful home close to everything Saratoga has to offer. Your group or family can walk to the Saratoga Casino .4 miles. SPAC .8 miles, Saratoga Racetrack 1 mile, and downtown just 1 mile away. We are in the heart of everything. Our home also has beautiful outdoor spaces. Enjoy our gorgeous front porch with rockers or hang out in our fenced in backyard on the back patio adorned with Adirondack chairs, fire pit, dining table and mature gardens.
Inside our 2800 square ft. house which is just ten years old you will feel right at home. In addition to our spacious 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths we have a fully finished basement with a workout area and peloton bike. Our basement also has an extra twin bed and a full mattress, as well as a full bathroom.
We also have a fully appointed second floor laundry room.
