With close proximity to downtown Saratoga and even closer proximity to High Rock Park (located just around the corner) and all brand new beds, furniture and kitchen appliances the house is perfect blend of historic Saratoga architecture and remodeled farmhouse vibes.

Its also a great place to share with family and friends with a spacious front porch, large farmhouse dining table, two separate living room / TV watching areas and an outdoor (backyard) table and chairs. Plenty of space to visit and congregate!

*NOTE: The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal or enjoy a morning cup of coffee.

The house was exactly as listed. An absolutely beautiful home within walking distance to broadway for shopping, dining and entertainment. The house was clean and tidy and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook a meal. Dave was very responsive to our questions and easy to communicate with. Our party of 7 truly loved this house and we are already talking about booking again. 100% would recommend this home and host.

It’s been beautifully restored, keeping those gorgeous original details like wide-plank floors and exposed beams, but with a kitchen and bathrooms that feel high-end and contemporary. It was impeccably clean and felt like a true "home away from home" the moment we walked in.Location: You get the best of both worlds. I had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo in Saratoga Springs with a group of four. The property was beautifully furnished and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Its location was perfect, just a short walk to Broadway, which was super convenient for our conference. The clawfoot tub in the bathroom was a delightful touch, and I enjoyed a relaxing bath after a busy day. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect for us. Highly recommend this place!
