We loved our stay in Saratoga Springs, and this house was an ideal home base. The house is in a fantastic location - a quiet, walkable neighborhood just a few minutes from downtown. Everything was clean, well-ordered, and well-stocked for having meals at home when you want. Host is extremely nice and communication before the stay was great. Would definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay. The property is exactly as described, no surprises, which we truly appreciated. The hot tub was a highlight: well-maintained and at the perfect temperature. The backyard was lovely, and we had a great time using the outdoor grill for a barbecue, which worked perfectly. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

Ideal house rental

Our group really appreciated the house cleanliness, location, and amenities. The backyard was perfect, plenty of bed space, and everything we needed to enjoy the weekend! I’d recommend anyone consider staying at this house.

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the comfortable beds and the ease of being together in one house. It’s very well designed for gatherings with plenty of dishes and coffee making options. . The living room is a great place to hang out in, as is the kitchen and back yard. One perk is the nearby walking/running path—also good for birding. Communication with the host was excellent and check in was super easy. We had a very good stay.

Fantastic Stay!

We loved our stay in Saratoga. The house is perfect. Well equipped with all the basics and everything you need for a welcoming stay. the back yard is beautiful with plenty of relaxing seating and very private. Everything was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We can't wait to come back!

Girls Weekend

The house was fantastic- very clean, great amenities and excellent location. A very easy walk to Broadway for dinner and shopping. The property manager was friendly, professional and very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend!

Our family loved this home. It was very clean & furnishings were in great shape. Cozy & very convenient to town & the event we were in town for. Noticed there were many items available for babies & dogs too - dishes -spoons -high chair, many extras! The neighbors were kind as well. The backyard was beautiful, secret garden is what comes to mind, imagine it’s gorgeous when the plants are blooming Would highly recommend. Our property mgr. was great & quick to respond as well.

Great location!

Spacious home, very comfortable, cozy, clean, and close to town. Hot tub and fire pit worked great. Unfortunately it rained most of our stay so we drove to town but could have easily walked the 1 mile. Appreciated the hot chocolate/coffee, detergent, and toiletries.

Great Family Getaway

First time in Saratoga Springs with my family, and this place was perfect! About a mile and a quarter from downtown that we felt comfortable walking to and from. Beautiful backyard and home with plenty of space for everyone. This home is equipped with so many amenities, and you can really tell that the hosts intentionally put in a lot of thought to make it an enjoyable stay.

Saratoga Stay

We were in Saratoga for my son's wedding. The property was spacious and we had everything we needed. The groomsmen enjoyed relaxing in the backyard prior to the wedding, and my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub after the rehearsal dinner. Lindsay was quick to respond via text and email whenever we had a question. The location was perfect; very close to downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

Skidmore Graduation Weekend

We rented this house for my son’s graduation from Skidmore College. Six family members and a dog stayed for the weekend. The place was perfect. Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of space (both indoors and outdoors) to relax. Easy check-in and check-out processes, and responsive management. The house is in a quiet neighborhood near walking trails, but amenities are close by. Easy access via back roads to Skidmore campus and SPAC grounds. We would stay here again.

A Great Place

The home was just as described on VRBO. The home is adorable and cozy. We were six adults and we had plenty of space to prepare meals and sit and chat. The yard is perfect and the hot tub is a plus. The Spring Run trail is in walking distance to the house and you can use the trail to walk into town, albeit it is a long walk. Lindsay, the Property Manager was very responsive. A wonderful home to rent while exploring Saratoga Springs.

Perfect example of why corporate ownership of rental properties sucks

Staying at this VRBO perfectly encapsulated why corporate ownership of rental properties is a net negative for visitors. After making the VRBO reservation, the landlord circulated circulated a completely different messaging platform that was wholly separate from VRBO, making the process of contacting the landlord infinitely more difficult. In my opinion, renters booking through VRBO have a fairly reasonable expectation of being able to communicate with the landlord through the VRBO app. Use of this alternative messaging platform interfered with our use of the keypad to enter and exit the property, and at some point our designated key code abruptly changed. In addition, the house is very strangely set-up. Although there are two bedrooms upstairs, entry to the bathroom is only accessible through one of the bedrooms. The fire pit was also wholly underwhelming. All said, negative overall experience at this location.

The homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following:-The property is family-owned and managed through Evolve to ensure a safe and seamless experience for guests, as noted in the listing.-We apologize for the confusion with the key code—this issue was specific to your stay, and codes are always updated for guest security.-While the upstairs bathroom is attached to the master bedroom, guests have access to both that bathroom and a full one downstairs for convenience.-The fire pit uses propane instead of wood for safety reasons.We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
