with fantastic views along the way, Creede 20 mins. Hiking, skiing, ATV trails & fly-fishing
minutes away. Golf course, mountain & river views, fishing.

Primary bedroom with King bed, bathroom, extra queen bed, Smart TV, and private balcony.
2nd bedroom has queen bed.
3rd bedroom has queen bed.
1 Sleeper Sofa on main floor.
Two additional full-size bathrooms.
Outside patio with gas grill, table, and chairs.
All pillows and bedding in all rooms. Well-equipped Kitchen with coffee maker, toaster,
dishwasher, fridge with ice maker. Washer/dryer & 1-car garage with additional parking. Gasfireplace on main floor. Large dining room table plus kitchen island. Cards, puzzles, games forendless family entertainment.
High-speed internet. Smart TV’s with DIRECTV for live TV and most popular apps preloaded.
Do to HOA rules you will need to park any trailers at an off site area at the location below. This does incure an additional $10 fee per trailer paid to the rv park.

House and hosts were great! There was plenty of room for our group of seven! We had everything we needed - right down to the box fans in the bedrooms! we went skiing at Wolf Creek and it was a short drive. If we had more time we would have used the sleds! We will for sure try to get back again!

Beautiful space and beautiful setting

This house was perfect for our weekly stay. Close to so many adventures. We enjoyed watching the deer parade every morning and evening … just feet from the back door!

House was stocked with everything we needed for our trip. Bed and bath layout was great for our family of 6. Loved the location. This was our first trip to South Fork and Skiing at Wolf Creek and we will definitely be back!

Family Christmas

Perfect place for our family to enjoy some time away for Christmas with our family. We spent a few days skiing at Wolf Creek. We loved the condo - plenty of space for our family. Unit had everything we needed. Loved having 3 full bathrooms! Great location!

My family have been visiting South fork for 24 years prior to purchasing this town home. I have 2 grown boys with families and my wife is a retired teacher and myself a retired firefighter. We try to make it feel like it is your home while you stay.

We purchased this town home 9 years ago as a place to escape as well as let our renters do the same.

What makes this property unique

This property you will find has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Once you settle in and begin your adventure you will find it very comfortable and all the amenities you will need. This is the perfect location for your home base as you leave for you daily activities.
If you cannot store your ATV, boat, trailer, etc. in the garage, you can take it over to Grandview Cabin & RV Resort, 613 Colorado 149, South Fork, CO 81154 for a fee of $10 per day.
