Rio Grande Cabin

Rustic cabin in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed the property very much. The cabin could use some updated carpet and found a few things in need of repair, but overall did not take away from the experience.

Wonderful!

We loved the ease of checking in, we loved the location. Close to town and the river view was amazing. Well appointed, great layout, and well stocked kitchen. We can't wait to come back! There is no dishwasher, but the view out the window while watching makes it worth it!

Great place for snowmobiling

Very clean house. Extremely well supplied kitchen ware. Comfortable beds with plenty of room for gear in the rooms. Plenty of room to park, although its all in one lane. Easily fit four place trailer with full size crew cab truck. Only had three in our group, but plenty of space/facilities for double that. Also, was very streamlined registering and checking in/out

The property was good, and was what I expected. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the outside griddle was nice. There were two good lounge chairs for sitting by the river. The inside was clean, but the outside had a tremdous amount of spider webs on it (not a problem, but also not clean). There was also a mouse in the house that came out a few times, but the property managers took care of it within 24 hours of my contacting them about the mouse.

Fun stay!

We were cozy and felt at home in the house. Great sleeping arrangements, and plenty of bathroom space for a family of 5. The living room was comfy and we enjoyed lots of family time. The kitchen was well stocked! We cooked a lot. No dishwasher which was inconvenient since being on vacation, doing so many dishes was not great. The house was very creaky, and loud… you could hear conversations upstairs from the bedroom downstairs. Was a little bummer. All in all it was a great stay. Lots and lots of snow. The driveway was never plowed though… which was a little concerning bc it snowed so much. Luckily our large car handled it well.
