** Snow season instructions ** December through April is snow season in the high Cascades! Wild Woods is located 1/2 a mile off Highway 58, 10 minutes from the crest of Willamette Pass. We receive 100 to 150 inches of snow a season. The gravel access road from the highway to the house is plowed regularly, but snowstorms can be unpredictable and our snowplower cannot always respond instantly. My friends and I stayed here for a ski trip at Willamette Pass and had an awesome weekend! The location was great and the house was a fun place to stay! Would stay again.

Thank you Kyler! I'm glad you had a great time - thanks for communicating so well - I'm also glad you didn't get stuck on the road - we had a lot of snow when you were here!
This was a very nice and comfy place to stay as a home base for our visit to Crater Lake. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinners at home. The view from the back deck was beautiful.
We were only after dark, but it was clean and everything worked. Would like to try it out when relaxing.

About the host
Hosted by Brook Reinhard
My wife and I got this property four years ago, after buying it from a family that had owned it since their relative homesteaded in the 1890s. We live in Springfield and love having a place in the mountains to retreat to - we're looking forward to sharing it with you!
Why they chose this property
We could think of no better place to put our vacation home than 10 acres of rural forest, crossed by two creeks. The stars at night are incredible!
What makes this property unique
The house is very close to Willamette Pass but gives far more privacy than Diamond Peaks, Crescent, or Gilchrist. It's also less than a mile from the Crescent Cutoff - gateway to the Three Sisters Wilderness and the High Cascades Lakes! It's spacious, great for a large family, but also very cozy!
