The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Aundry room. Please don't strip all blankets unless necessary. Start a reasonable load or two of laundry before leaving.
Load dishes and leave the kitchen relatively clean (empty coffee grounds, wipe counters).
Summer, the pilot is turned off to reduce heat. Instructions are on the mantle if needed. Winter: please leave wall heaters at 50 and open under sink cabinets to prevent water breaks.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
