The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put all used towels and was rags in the showers. Place all trash in trash binds out side of garage. Remove all food from refrigerator.
Turn off propane fire place down stairs. Set thermostat to 62 degrees in winter and 74 degrees in summer.
Lock all doors and windows and return keys to lock box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
