My property is located in Rotonda West with a stunning view over a tranquil sweet water canal with active wildlife such as turtles, birds and more! It’s 15 mins away from some of the most beautiful beaches of the Florida Gulf Coast such as Boca Grande and Manasota Key. It’s surrounded by 44 golf courses in a 20 miles radius, with 10 located right in Rotonda West. There are also many new bike trails and plenty boat tour offerings in the area offering you so much to explore in the outdoors alone!
