Communication was great. Place was perfect for our family. We needed fans and extra towels and got them right away. It was nice having a usable, stocked kitchen. Thank you.
Very cute and clean cabin in an authentic small western town nestled in the Montana-Wyoming mountains.

Unfortunately this was one of our worst rentals we have experienced. When we arrived, the smell was awful. Our friend, who is a home inspector said it was sewer gas. He flushed the drains with fresh water, which helped a bit. We contemplated not staying, but we had already paid and it was late and there was no other lodging available. The unit was not well stocked. There were only 3 plates. The selection of coffee cups was not good. The coffee maker did not work. It looked like it had a replacement pot which did not engage the drip function. All the door shelves in the refrigerator were open. They had no covers on them to hold things in the door. The loft bed had no bedside table where people could place anything. We could not get the heater to work in the bedroom. The hairdryer was melted. The toilet paper had no holder it was placed on the toilet tank. Accumulatively these were contributing factors to an unpleasant stay. Please have the sewer gas checked, as it is a safety issue.

Thank you for your feedback. We were very surprised to read about these concerns, as none of them were reported to us during your stay.
This cabin is rented almost every night, and our housekeepers are in the unit daily. We have had no previous reports of a sewer-gas odor or any other unusual odor, nor has our staff detected one. Had you contacted us when you arrived, we would have come to the cabin immediately to investigate. If there had been a problem that we could not correct, we would not have expected you to stay in the unit and would have addressed the situation accordingly.
We also were not aware that the coffee maker or hairdryer had a problem. These are items we could have replaced immediately had we known. We appreciate you bringing them to our attention now so they can be checked. The toilet paper is intentionally placed on the counter beside the toilet, as there is not a wall-mounted holder in that bathroom.
We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. This cabin consistently receives excellent reviews, and we take guest concerns seriously. We only wish these concerns had been brought to our attention while you were here, as we would have appreciated the opportunity to investigate them and resolve anything that needed attention.
Very clean and town was nice. Convenient location. Confusing for check in and check out.

Thank you, Tammy, for taking the time to let us know how your stay was. We appreciate it and use it to improve our future guests' stay. It would be beneficial for me to understand which aspects of the check-in and checkout process were confusing, as we consider them crucial to your stay. We sent multiple texts and emails prior to your stay, and I have verified that they were delivered to you. All appear to have gone out as they should have. However, I am not discounting the difficulty you expressed, so please reach out and let me know if you did not receive any of our texts or emails, and I can take it from there. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us.
We booked this cabin to be close to Lamar Valley, and it served its purpose. Overall, it was pretty clean and had the basic necessities, and it was adequate for a quick stay. It should be noted that the ladder up to the loft was steep!
We had a great stay even with some minor inconveniences. The shower was not draining, but they were very quick and responsive to come fix it. The only issue was the baking sheet provided did not actually fit in the oven. Great place and very welcoming.

Thank you so much for the kind review! We're glad you had a great stay and appreciate you bringing the shower and baking sheet issues to our attention—we’re happy we could address the drain quickly, and we’ll replace that baking sheet with one that fits. We hope to welcome you back again soon!
Property was easy to find and check in was simple. The cabin was clean and thoughtfully appointed. The hot water heater didn’t provide much for more than 2 of us. Overall, it was nice. I give it 4 stars because it didn’t seem like a value for what you get.
The lodges are old, not in very good condition. It was cleaned but you just do not feel comfortable. However, staff was very polite, helpful and nice.

Nice 2BR cabin. Dated but clean. Two beds downstairs. I bed upstairs in loft, which requires climbing a steep ladder. Cute but tiny town. Very close to Yellowstone’s famous Lamar Valley and the Absaroka-Beartooth Wilderness and Highway.
Cabin was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed our stay. A few little things would have been lovely. Our cabin had a kitchen but no paper towels or napkins. No tissues either. Really minor things but we missed them for our short stay.

We are conveniently located in town, but it will not "feel" like town because we are off of the main street, yet still a short walk to restaurants and gift shops. Our property is wooded with manicured lawns, flowers, and picnic tables for our guest's enjoyment.
