So the host was kind enough to get us in at 2 instead of 4. When we got there the cleaning people were still there and she said the people before left a mess so it was taking a long time. We said no problem and she told us to come back in 25 minutes but we waited an hour and came back to check and they were gone. Upon arrival we noticed the bathrooms appeared clean but the place in general was very disheveled. There were stains all over the carpets and on the dining room chair cover, the carpet in the stairs was pulled away from the step. The giant couch had all of the seat buttons pulled off laying on the window and it was disheveled as well and the inside of the fridge and sinks were dirty and there were black smudges on many of the walls. It smelled like bad food. We communicated with the owner and they stated it was due to having 1 less hour to clean. They also stated the previous renter left the place a huge mess and burned stuff in the stove which is why it also smelled. I sent pictures of the damage and dirty items and they apologized. My boss and I were very uncomfortable and we checked out 3 hours after checking in. I followed up with a message and we got another apology and they stated we will follow up with the company who rented to the previous people. At this point compensation would have been nice but we just wanted to leave. It was too gross and sketchy to stay.

The host was very easy to contact and receive a response. The home was more beautiful than anticipated. Was not able to locate the hot tub, but otherwise comfortable, clean and the neighborhood was inviting and peaceful; close to alot of amenities.

Went for a mom’s night away!!! We were mostly enjoying the Grapevine Christmas festivities so it was great that the house was real close to that! Is two story so that’s why I gave 4 stars for kid friendly. But other than that, great property, great communication with the owner, and comfy beds!!

Beautiful property!

We really enjoyed our stay at Renju’s property. It was clean and comfortable. Renju was very responsive our questions and request. Very close to airport and places to eat. We will definitely visit this property again!

Secure, gated community in Grapevine!

This property is nice. We had a couple of blips due to using a new housekeeper, but the host was very attentive to us when we reached out. The place looks just like the photos!

My daughter's and I used this as our home away from home for mommy daughter weekend. This was a beautiful property well stocked with all of our needs. We were originally looking for a property with a hot tub and this showed to have one with the filters we chose. It does not have a traditional hot tub, but does have a wonderful soaking tub in the master bathroom that we did utilize.
