The best thing about this unit was its location. Right in the heart of downtown Bar Harbor. Walkable to everything. I do think it needs a little bit of TLC. There are a couple holes in the wall behind the shower that need some new sheet rock. It’s pretty dated. Could use a few updates. Also, beware of the steps going up to the unit. Pulling heavy luggage up those steps is difficult. Although it was a little bit dated and could use some TLC, I would stay here again.

The apartment was well equipped, including kitchen equipment. The location is excellent - you can walk anywhere in Bar Harbor, including the Village Green where you can catch the Island Explorer busses to Acadia National Park. The unit was very clean. The towels and sheets were not the best. There were plenty of glasses and plates, as well as pots and pans. My only issue happened one day when I was there when there was a very bad rotting food smell in the stairway. I texted the local contact, but did not hear back for 4-5 hours. Luckily, by that time the smell had dissipated. Also, coffee was supposed to be supplied, but I ran out during my visit - my fault that I didn't ask for more. Overall, the unit provides a great stay.

Bar Harbor Gem

Just a great great place to stay only problem we had being in our 70s was the two sets of stairs, but we needed the exercise anyway. This apartment was decorated really nice everything sparkling clean couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Bar Harbor. Would recommend this to anyone.

Excellent Location

The place was an excellent location. It was nice to walk to dinner and shop then sit on the deck to relax. It is also within a couple block of the land bridge road. Only downside is carrying our luggage around the building and up to the third floor and no dishwasher.

Great upper apartment with a View, location-location-location. We enjoyed the proximity to town, location was fabulous. Only downside was having to haul luggage up two flights of stairs, not a real problem as we're active. Bathroom was clean and nice to have shampoo, soap, provided. Towels were a tad small though (could not fit around an adult body). Also great to have a designated parking spot in this busy town. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Fabulous stay in Bar Harbor!

We loved our stay! The condo was perfect for us. It was very clean. The location in Bar Harbor was excellent. The off street parking was a huge plus. And the whole thing would’ve been worth it just to sit on the balcony and look at the harbor. Seriously, a million dollar view from the balcony. But we also got to do so much more. We loved walking around town. Having snacks in the park. And we had so many adventures in Acadia National Park. We went kayaking, hiking, rock, climbing, you name it. Having this cute condo to come back to at the end of the day was just ideal. We would 100% stay here again.

Best location for a couple visiting Bar Harbor. Nice clean condo with a great view of the harbor. Only drawback was no elevator and lots of steps (34) up to the condo. You'll never need to get into your car for anything, except going into Acadia National Park. The drive up to the top of Cadillac Mountain is worth every penny of the extra 6 fee (on top of your park entrance fee). We did drive 6 minutes to The Chart Room restaurant and were glad we did. Great food there. McKay's was great and an easy walk to. Lots of other restaurants in easy walking distance. If you want pizza, get it from the Reel Pizza Cinerama. They do take out, don't have to watch a movie.
