In addition to the panoramic ocean view, the beachside deck features a large seating area perfect for enjoying family time and sunsets. The home is close enough to the pier for a quick ice cream trip but far enough to avoid the crowds. You will also enjoy an unobstructed tidal marsh view from the covered street-side deck. This Hobbs Smart Home features a large, well-stocked kitchen, open dining area, living room with ample seating, a game room with games and puzzles and bumper pool, four bedrooms, three baths, and smart TVs in the living room (80”) and all bedrooms - all conveniently on one level.

The owner of this home privately arranges their cleaning, bed linens, and inspection services. Please note, Hobbs Realty trusts in the owner's commitment to excellence and does not conduct additional inspections before or after guest stays. This home only offers 4 PM check-ins, as Early Check-In/Late Check-Out and automated House Ready Notifications are unavailable.

Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, bar soap, and hand soap.
