Very comfortable and cozy house situated on the golf course. It has 2 bedrooms and 1,5 bathrooms. There are open living room and a kitchen together with a high ceilings. Outside we have grille and a kids trampoline. House has 2 queen beds and 2 couches.

Could have been fabulous but...

It's a shame that this property does not live up to It's potential. It did not offer some of the basic necessities anyone would expect. No wash cloths or hand towels to bathe with, although large bath towels were provided. No soap in bathrooms. This home had nice flooring, countertops, paint job in an attractive and quiet neighborhood, but the sleep sofa sectional we had to use was worn and dirty and no linens, pillows, or sheets were available for it. The beds were comfortable, but they put comforters on it that were beat up and one pillow case had a blood stain. Also, we had to kill 3 roaches and grandaddy long legs creeping around. The best part of the stay was sitting outside in the back and enjoying the beautiful mornings. We didn’t enjoy the place itself. With better care and attention, this could be a much nicer stay. Don't plan to return.

Should not be a VRBO Host

A report should have already been filed for this property and host, as I spent many hours on the phone with several VRBO support members detailing that this property was . I rented the property for 2 weeks, however within 1 week there had already been multiple notices on the door from the city. The host claimed to have accidentally forgot to pay any of his bills, and the notices explained that he is being sued by his homeowners association which does not allow renting, and also from City water which shut his water off during my stay. I frantically had to find a hotel at 10pm. Meanwhile both the host and VRBO support asked me to just go to the street and illegally turn the water back on. This is a crime. Moreover, the property was not well kept. There were dirty dishes in the sink and dishwasher, the one upstairs bathroom didn’t work, there were no paper towels or utensils, I had to buy my own, and all of the closets were locked with signs that said “off limits” including the entire garage. The bedroom drawers were tiny and broken. So there was no storage, and I had to leave two weeks of nice dress clothes on the floor. The host also did not mow the lawn, and it was very unkempt and extremely embarrassing to stay there in a nice golf course community. Due to this experience, I will never use VRBO again.

Horrible experience, Very Disrespectful person, lawn people come every 2 weeks Water was off for a 30 min, and I heard so many bad words. This psycho person should be banned from the Vrbo. Yes water was off for 30 min. I admit. But the rest is not true. House got cleaned professionally after every guest, paper on the door for me, not for a guests. Just ignore if it’s not for U. One room has a closet, another room has a dresser, it’s also one more closet where is an entrance in the house. I didn’t project this house, I am sorry if it’s not enough closets for U.Garage is closed. It uses as a storage room. All dishes was cleaned. Dishes in a dishwasher also are cleaned. All bathrooms are working. If don’t have any paper towels, I will transfer you money for buying them. It’s not a big deal. There is a storage room in a kitchen, where is all extra papers and begs. Sometimes people take it with them. I am sorry if you had a bad experience. Sorry for your expectations 🤷‍♂️
