A Fun Place to Escape the Heat of the Valley and enjoy the small town feel! The Cabins on Main Street is located right in the middle of Historic Downtown Payson. This property features the famous 2500 sq. ft Pieper Mansion, and 3 Mini Cabins with the capacity to sleep 27 people total! An additional feature to this unique property is the Legendary Adobe "Mud House". This location allows you to stroll into nearby Antique Shops and Dine in many of the Locally Owned and Family Run Restaurants. There's a great chance you will see Elk walking nearby in the early morning or at evening dusk. We have a Private Community Large Wood Fire Pit to enjoy on crisp evenings, 4 outdoor Gas Grills and outdoor Patios to share a meal outside if you choose. In addition to the fun you can experience on property, many Adventures around town are waiting to be enjoyed. The Tonto Natural Bridge State Park is approximately 20 minutes away! Visit the many Popular Trails and Sites throughout Rim Country! Check in at 4 pm to start your Memories and Check out is at 11am.
The Space:
The posted rates are specifically for lodging only but occasionally we allow a party, gathering or special event to be hosted at the property. However, it must be approved prior to booking the reservation and, depending on the size and type of event, there may be an additional fee charged and an additional Refundable Security Deposit.

The following description of the property begins with the Pieper Mansion and then the 3 Mini Cabins.
Pieper Mansion, aka The Main Cabin
4 Bedroom Log Cabin Sleeps 15
4 Bathrooms (2 full and 2 half)
The Front Entry Porch looks onto Historic Main St.
We ask guests to please enter through the back patio entrance where they have parked.
Primary Bedroom #1 has an En-Suite Bathroom and Large Walk-In Shower as well as a Large, Walk-In Closet.
Bedroom #2 Has queen size bed, night stand, a sofa sleeper lots of windows and an entrance/exit door.
Bedroom #3 Has huge king size bunk beds, dresser, clothing rack, nightstand’s and wall mounted Tv
Bedroom #4 is Upstairs. This Fun Space is accessible from the outside only. Follow the Iron Stairs to the Small "Hobbit" Entry Door. Make Sure to Duck ! Once inside you can easily stand and enjoy a game of Pool or take a nap on once of the 4 Twin Beds or the Queen Bed on the east side of this huge space.
The Kitchen is an Open Space with an actual Antique Gas Stove that adds to the Rustic Charm of the entire Cabin.
It includes a large Stainless Steel Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Large, Deep Sink, a Long Breakfast Bar with 5 Stools and a walk in Pantry awaiting your Groceries. The Pantry and Kitchen Cupboards are stocked with small appliances, pots, pans, dishes, cups, glasses and service ware. Please see the Welcome Packet for the list of available items.
In the Great Room you will find a large, Leather, Split Sectional that will allow for your whole group to gather to watch a movie or a game.
The Pellet Stove provides a cozy warmth that fills the cabin along with the heaters you control by remote. Please obey the warnings in the Pellet Stove Packet and in the Welcome Packet. Please watch children closely or choose not to use the pellet stove if children are staying with you.
Cabin is equipped with mini split AC and heating units in each room.
Out on the freshly updated patio you will find a double oven, flat top gas grill, a Covered Gas Grill, outdoor sink and large stainless table to make cooking a breeze!
Enjoy the patio with outdoor seating , propane fire pit and big screen tv.
The Outdoor Staircase leads up to a surprise Pool Table Loft. Here it doubles as the 4th Bedroom! 4 Twin Size Beds line the west wall and a Queen Size Bed at the East Corner of the Large Room. Communication to the lower living space is easy as a half wall overlooks the Kitchen and Living Room Space.
MINI CABIN 1
One Bedroom, One Bathroom with Mini Fridge, Microwave, Keurig and Sink to Prep Snacks for your Adventures! Small Dining Set for indoor meals. Oversized Galvanized Steel and Stone Shower, Giant Copper Antique Tub, King Size Bed, Sleeper Sofa with Queen Size Upgraded Mattress in the Living Room. Important: Prior to your stay, please let us know if you are going to use the sofa sleeper so we may provide the bedding prior to your arrival. A wall mounted "Fireplace" for adds to the Cozy Ambience. Patio with Lounge Chairs for Relaxing.
MINI CABIN 2
This Cabin boasts a King Size Bed with a Newly Upgraded Mattress as well as a recently Upgraded Full Size Luxury Memory Foam Mattress in the Sofa Bed. There is a Large TV, Internet, Toaster Oven, Antique Style Mini Fridge, Keurig Microwave and Sink. Outdoor Dining Set to enjoy the crisp air.
MINI CABIN 3
This Quaint and Cozy Cabin allows Small Dogs, less than 25 lbs. Please understand we are strict with this policy due to the small space. No cats allowed. (Breed Restrictions Apply). The pet fee is $50 per stay (2 dogs max) You must agree to the Pet Policy and Pay the Pet Fee prior to your stay. Therefore, please inform us if you have a Pet staying with you. Please Note: Pets are strictly restricted to This cabin and are not permitted in the Main Cabin or the other Mini Cabins. This Cabin boasts a Clean, Cozy, Cottage feel. The Bedroom has a King Size Iron Bed, and a Large Screen TV. In the Living Room area is a Sofa Sleeper with a recently Upgraded Full Memory Foam Mattress, Large TV and Dining Table with 4 Chairs. Also included is a Toaster Oven, Keurig Antique Style Mini Fridge, Microwave and Sink. Internet is provided.
Outdoor area includes two Gas Grills for Guests to use as well as a Large Wood Fire Pit to enjoy on crisp evenings (Fire restrictions will apply in dry seasons) Our brand new pickle ball court adds tons of fun along with our cornhole area and ping pong ball table!

The Neighborhood:
Payson's location, being very near to the geographic center of Arizona, has been called "The Heart of Arizona". The Historic Main Street in Payson Arizona boasts Antique Shops and other Locally Owned stores, Coffee Shops and Restaurants. This is Rim Country! There are many Hikes and Trails through Ponderosa Pine Forests to Lakes, Springs, Creeks, and even Water Falls. The Tonto Natural Bridge State Park is just 22 minutes away! Visit the nearby Payson Visitor Center for more ideas. Keep an eye out for Elk in the early morning and early evening!
Getting Around:
Walking, Hiking and Driving are the preferred methods to experience this Piney Mountain Town. Along Main Street and beyond, Payson offers Shopping and Dining that compliment your stay with us. Take a 15 minute walk to visit the Parks and Recreation office at Green Valley Park to get your fishing license and enjoy the sunset on the lake. Approximately 20 minutes away, you can choose to visit The Tonto Natural Bridge State Park or Water Wheel Trail. Both are very exciting places for all. Visit the Payson Visitor Center and discover more trails!

-You must be 25 years of age or older to book this property. A Valid form of ID (State Issued ID, Military ID or Passport) to show proof of age is required at time of booking.
-Dogs under 25lbs are permitted Only in Cabin 3. They are not permitted in the Main Cabin or the other two Mini Cabins.
