Nice condo!

We did have a problem with the the way the TV is set up, but we managed. The furniture is okay but not very comfortable. Overall the condo is very good. We enjoyed our stay there.

The property was perfect for our needs except the pool. The pool was very small & had a lot of algae so we didn’t use it. The condo itself was absolutely wonderful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed here before, six of us, and we like the fact that all three bedrooms have king size beds (very important). Location is great, also. BUT, it definitely needs more towels (we found ourselves washing towels every day just so we can have a clean set each night), and there needs to be a night stand on the side of each bed. Other than that, we'll stay here again and I highly recommend. There's not much of a pool, so keep that in mind if you have kids.

Great location for LeConte Center conferences

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall POSITIVE. Would recommend/stay here again. GREAT location for LeConte Center conference attendees. EASY walk to center less than 5 minutes, 24hr Walgreens steps away, LOVE 3BR/3BA great help getting ready, nice balcony plenty of seating. Clean/comfortable. Plan to wash towels for large groups. Has crock pot, hand mixer, toaster, drip coffee pot no KEURIG, good pot set GREAT communication w/management. Negatives: little noisy for light sleepers (not an issue for us), kitchen needs a decent size/quality frying pan, more cooking utensils, eating utensils (esp. spoons). Plates/glasses/mugs a little hodge podge/sparse. Microwave turntable does not spin, needs repair/replacement. Few slats missing on balcony door blinds.

Good morning, We will definitely get more cookware in the unit. This unit is actually getting a remodel this coming winter, consisting of new flooring and a new kitchen, and countertops. As far as the tickets the link to those are in your email that you received on July 5, 2024 at 10:28 am. There is a link that you click for digital tickets. It shows you opened and signed the paperwork that had that information in it. As far as not seeing management, we do not have an onsite office, but are available by phone 24/7. We have had several communications with you prior to your stay and even this morning, thru webchat. We hope you stay with us again and wish you safe travels home.

Location, location, location

Bear Crossing was our hub for all of our activities, Dollywood, Splash Country, Pirates Voyage, mini golf dinner with friends at their cabin further up the mountain and mainly the Leconte Convention Center. Our place was clean and felt safe. Having multiple bathrooms was great. The pool is very small on the property so if pool time is your jam, this may not be the place for you. To have a kitchen and our own rooms and space to spread out and a central location was key for us. Needs a frying pan, but we made out ok without one. Our pancakes were a fail but that may be the cook and not the lack of a pan :)

Appliances showing wear but new refrigerator was a plus. Exterior lights were not on @ 8 pm Sept. 28. Trees need trimming, cannot see exiting stop sign. Limbs hitting vehicle.

Attended Celebration Conference

My sisters and I (3 of us) arrived Monday at 4 PM, traffic was heavy. The place was easy to find. We parked under covering dedicated to "our" condo. The house was clean, smelled nice and was nice and warm. We enjoyed it very much. left on Oct. 17. I contacted managers twice, once for wifi (did not need a password) and second to inquire if we could leave our car in the parking lot since checkout was at 10a and conference over at 12. Permission granted. Nice beds, TV's in every room, nice balcony with nice chairs. Fireplace nice to look at but we could not figure out how to use it. Jacuzzi in front bedroom was used, nice. Want to come back.

Reviewer Comments: As the one adult with two teens and one child, a safe and clean place was top of mind for me, as well as proximity to the convention center and local attractions.This unit did it all for me. After long days we each appreciated having space to spread out.It does need a frying pan for bacon, eggs and pancakes.The dishwasher wasn’t cooperative, in that the soap dispenser wouldn’t open. No biggie, we mostly ate out and I hand washed what we did use.The pool is tiny so if the pool is your jam, this may not be the best fit for your family.The location though is what worked well for us and I would stay here again.We did use the free tickets to do a few fun things in the area. I would buy three and get one of the adult tickets included free.We added on one extra day to extend our trip and the team was so friendly and helpful.
