The Neighborhood:
This condo is located in the heart of Pigeon Forge—literally steps from the LeConte Convention Center and within walking distance to The Island, top restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Set right on the Little Pigeon River, the view is peaceful and scenic. The river is stocked for trout fishing, so don’t forget to bring your fishing license! This location is ideal for event-goers, families, and anyone wanting maximum walkability.
Getting Around:
Although a vehicle is helpful for exploring the broader area, this location is so central you can walk to dozens of attractions. Access is flat and paved, making it very easy to get around. We still recommend 4x4 drive for trips into the Smoky Mountains or if you're visiting during inclement weather.
Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book this condo.
• This condo sleeps 6 guests maximum.
• Gas fireplace is seasonal (typically October–March, weather permitting).
• Coffee maker is a standard drip—please bring your own coffee.
• The condo has an adjoining door to the neighboring unit (also owned by us). The door is always locked securely on both sides and clearly marked—please keep it closed at all times.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• The outdoor pool typically opens around Memorial Day and closes around the end of August (subject to HOA scheduling and may change without notice).
• Any pool or maintenance closures are managed by the HOA and may occur without prior notice—thank you for your understanding.
• This condo is easily accessible from main parkways and roads, making it very convenient for guests attending events or visiting attractions.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
