Your own private waterfront resort!

This unique waterfront home is situated high above beautiful Lake Travis. It sits on the south shore of the main basin which is the deepest part of the lake. When you walk through the front door and down the hall the 180 degree lake view will take your breath away! You can enjoy unforgettable sunsets from the house, pool, decks and dock.

Two story boat dock is easily accessible by an inclined elevator that you can see on the video and photos. You are welcome to use the paddle boards, kayaks, take a swim or have a blast in a beautiful surroundings, rent your own boat or other watercraft.
You are just 28 miles from Austin Bergstrom International Airport and only 15 miles to the heart of Austin. Just minutes away from the property you can find grocery, shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

The two acre property is walled in and private with security gate at the entrance. It has plenty of indoor/outdoor living space, excellent for entertaining.

A large covered pool patio overlooks the lake and the negative edge pool with swim-up bar, swim lane, beach area and of course a hot tub. There is a pool bathroom with air conditioned changing room for your convenience. On the partially covered upper sun deck you will find a BBQ grill, a flat top griddle, preparation table and plenty of space to enjoy the view.

Another great feature of the house is a movie theater with surround sound. But, the best part is when you retract a large 120" screen and reveal a karaoke/performance stage complete with drum kit, PA and microphones! You can create lasting memories and a lot of happy moments right here.

Wi-Fi throughout both homes as well as by the pool is provided, cable TV to watch your favorite game or movie on the big screen as well.

Main house including the guest house together can easily accommodate 20 people in 10 bedrooms. There are a total of 8 king beds, 1 queen bed and 4 twin beds. The property features 8 full bathrooms, all with walk-in showers that are spacious and 3 half baths.

On the main level you will find large well appointed kitchen with oversized refrigerator and freezer along with the gas cook top, large island and walk in pantry. The laundry room has two washers and two dryers.

With the commercial ice machine and plenty of 5 gallon drinking water bottles, there is no need to buy bags of ice or bottles of water.

Wonderful host and property, it was even better than in the posting. Our family had plenty of space to enjoy both time together and apart, with both sunny and shaded outdoor spaces, two living room areas (one in each building), lots of king-sized beds, amazing primary suite and other bedrooms also really nice. We loved our stay!

Amazing all the way around!

You will NOT be disappointed in any way with this amazing home and attention to details! We could not have had a better time! Kids and adults loved the swing and kayaking and paddle boards. Pool was very beautiful and refreshing! Plenty of space for all to enjoy! Nightly karaoke and stage for performances was a must! Ease of communication with host was exceptional! A must stay!

AMAZING SET UP!

This property was a dream!! It’s comparable to staying at a resort in a foreign country with the views and the gorgeous pool/ hot tub! We loved singing karaoke til late at night and took a boat one day right from the dock. We loved how spacious it was and how everyone had the privacy of their own bathroom!

Pure Paradise

This house needs to be seen to be believed. The pictures do not do it justice! Rain or shine it’s impossible not to have a great time here. The location is perfect because you’re right on the lake but still close enough to downtown Austin that travel was really seamless. Tony and Magdalena were amazing hosts. Check-in was easy and they were incredibly responsive if we needed anything or had questions. The house is in incredible condition. Our group was in awe of the house and we had the best time.

Lake Travis Spring break
