The Space:

A beachfront condo for up to 2 guests, with one King bedroom, one full bathroom and an additional half bathroom. The bedroom has a TV, an ensuite bathroom and direct balcony access. Floor-to-ceiling windows and the private balcony bring ocean views into your stay. The condo also includes a living area and kitchen.

On-site parking is available. Explore Jaco and nearby attractions by car, taxi or arranged transfer. Airport travel times depend on traffic and the route; confirm timing with your transport provider. Your host can help coordinate transportation.



Other Things to Note:

Maximum occupancy is 2 guests. All guests must be listed on the reservation before check-in. Access to the condo and its facilities is limited to registered guests; unregistered visitors are not permitted.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The host meets you in the lobby, completes building access and coordinates electronic elevator cards. After check-in, use the private condo door code provided for your stay. After 7:00 PM, check-in is through the Croc's front desk and a USD 75 late check-in fee applies. Coordinate your arrival with the host. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

A local host can assist with arrival, restaurant recommendations, airport transportation and excursions. Ask about tours, private chef services, massages and sport fishing; confirm availability and prices before booking these services.

Best unit in resort

This is the best unit with the largest oceanfront balcony in the entire resort! Overlooks the pool and ocean. Very large unit and very well appointed.

Fabulous. The condo is much nicer then the pictures. Huge balcony, well stocked spacious condo, very clean and comfortable. We will stay there again and have already recommended it to friends. Thank you so much for renting your beautiful place to us. It was a picture perfect stay.
