The living area floors are new luxury vinyl tile and the bedrooms are carpeted. It is complete with everything you will need to prepare, serve and enjoy meals. There is a separate dining area with seating for six and side board to make entertaining easy. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, including two sofas and a recliner, if you are hosting friends or family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the large 4K TV with a DVR, and Apple TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, a TV for your enjoyment, an emergency weather radio, a large walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, a TV, and a full-size closet. Both closets and bathrooms have additional shelving and storage.
