Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Enjoy your morning coffee or spend your evening with family and friends on the rear deck overlooking the peaceful, spacious 2-acres, park-like view. The property is conveniently located close to everything including restaurants, supermarkets, amusement park, indoor malls, outlet mall. The home features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, full kitchen with granite countertops throughout. Enjoy your indoor space with wifi, tv's. Sleeps 6 to 8.
The space
Upon entering the home, you will find an inviting living room with couch, armchairs, and TV on the left for relaxation. Off to the right is the fining room with table that can seat 8 guests. Next is the modern kitchen with granite countertop and plenty of cabinetry. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, and all your cooking and dining essentials you may need. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level and the 3rd bedroom is on the upper level. Each bedroom features a very comfortable queen-size bed. There is one full bathroom with walk-in shower on the main level, and another full bathroom with walk-in shower on the upper level. You can enjoy the outdoors from a large deck overlooking the peaceful and beautiful park-like view in the backyard. The property has a large private backyard that you can enjoy many outdoor activities with friends and family.

Guests can enjoy self-check-in with smart lock. Access code will be provided before your arrival so you can use during your entire stay.

The house was very nice and modern and clean. The road it’s on Shelbyville is very busy. It was comfortable with good beds linens and nice kitchen. We would stay there ago.

Our 3 night stay was quite enjoyable! Although we were far away from home, the elegantly decorated space made us all feel welcomed. With a remodled bathroom, living space and kitchen, it gave the perfecf combination of luxurwith many amenities and a homie feel. Id stay again!y

Quick Get Away

We were only in town for 2 nights but me and my adult kids loved the house. It was too chilly and late to sit outside on the lovely deck but that would have been fun, especially if we would have had the bonfire going. The only downside to the house is it is on a busy road but I would still rent it again.

Christmas visit in hometown

Great clean space to relax with back deck and fire pit in evening. Nice gas grill for late night dinners. Good size bedrooms for everyone and bathrooms for house guests. Plenty of hosting & relaxing room with living room, dining room, kitchen, and front/back deck. Plenty of parking ;). Laundry room has you covered for dirty and clean clothes. Need a day to get used to Middletown traffic and road noise but you have every store, chain, and hole in the wall food joint within five minutes drive. Also, jump on Gene Snyder to get to many parts of Louisville in 10-15 minutes with no traffic. Lastly, a must see foyer light fixture.

Great house very close to Valhalla!

We had an incredible stay at this house! It was perfect for our group of three couples, offering plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The house is just under a mile walk to Valhalla Golf Club, which made it easy for us to walk to the PGA championship. The house itself was immaculate and had clearly been recently renovated. Everything felt fresh and new, and the modern touches added a lot of charm. The cleanliness was impeccable, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Van was an exceptional host—very responsive and attentive to our needs. Anytime we had a question or needed assistance, he was quick to respond and extremely helpful. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future for another tournament!

I love the Middletown area on Shelbyville Rd. It's quiet and open with plenty of land between houses, still it's within minutes to everything.

What makes this property unique

Our home is cozy with antique architecture and plenty of outdoor space. We have plenty of parking space and can accommodate many cars. Horse trailers are welcome. We have large backyard that can accommodate horses. We are within minutes to the Valhalla Golf Course, and 25 minutes to Derby and downtown area. Golfers, Horses, Trailers and welcome.
