New exterior paint accents the black framed windows. Quaint new front porch railing and a new Trex deck out back are a perfect blend of old and new.

The interior has been completely renovated. Everything is new. Tastefully appointed with Kentucky-inspired decor and furnished with comfort in mind, you will find peace and quiet with all the modern amenities at your finger tips... Alexa, wifi, full-size laundry, and more. We also include YouTube TV and Prime Video.

Wow- what a hidden gem in Louisville! We were pleasantly surprised at the nice, secluded subdivision this property is in. The home decor is trendy and it’s full of rich Kentucky history through out! We saw five deer, one fox, several squirrels and many different types of birds. It’s nice and close to several restaurants and shopping strips. The hosts go above and beyond with the little details that make you feel at home; providing some snacks, a closet of extras- just in case and comfortable beds! You couldn’t be any safer in this neighborhood, which was a worry as an out of state guest going to an unknown area. We will definitely be back!
Deer came by one afternoon.
Take some time to do some front porch sitting- it’s so peaceful!

Excellent break from hotel stays

Clean and beautifully decorated, the location is perfectly tucked away in nature but within minutes of anything you could need. Decided to bring the family along on business travel and it made the work week feel like vacation. Excellent hosts made the stay nothing but pleasant.
