The pictures do not nearly reflect the size and roominess of this property. The TWO bedrooms with a view of the Sea of Cortez certainly made it harder to negotiate who, in our group, got to stay in which room! The rooms were clean, and the kitchen was spacious. The stove, outdoor grill and the fire-pit run on a gas line, so there was no need to worry about making trips to the propane store. An absolutely wonderful place to spend with friends or family at Puerto Peñasco. The host was easy to communicate with, and the property managers are easily accessible. Bella Mexico is filled with great details, and I truly hope that the owners will continue to keep this property updated with upkeep and maintenance.

Really disappointing stay

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience here was disappointing. No water, ac was in & out, ceiling fans not working, fridge not working. Management lacks attention to detail and response. The property gets too hot for all these issues to happen at once.

Family get together for birthday

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything went smoothly from our afterhours check in to checkout. It is a beautiful property and locaation. A few items that could habe been better are. There were ten of us for four nights and there was only one towell for each, which is not enough and no way to do laundry. It would be a good idea to have additional towells for bathing and for beach. Also, every rental I have stayed at supplys some shampoo and bath soap, there was only one very little of bar soap in each bathroom provided. There is plenty of seating with the large sectional, but it is in sad shape and should be replaced. Oh, one other thing on two days there was a noticable smell of sewer gas on the mail level, we figured out it was comming from the laundry room and we left the outside door open with a fan blowing to the outside which corrected the problem,The inside is beautiful and all the other furniture seemed well maintained. This was the second time for some of our group who mentioned it did seem a little rough from last visit a few years ago.

The house is stunning with beautiful artisan tilework throughout, gorgeous design and decor, huge rooms with ensuite baths, and a beachfront location. Comfy beds, enormous patios, picture-perfect sunsets - what more could you ask for? The kitchen had everything we needed. Like most rentals, there is some wear, but nothing out of the ordinary for a beach house. Management was highly responsive to our needs and even brought in a new dishwasher the same day we called for repair. Know that there are a lot of stairs - a bit of a challenge with a toddler who wanted to climb every one of them :) This beautiful home was the perfect setting for our short family retreat. I

Great location but run down house

The house is at great location with ocean right at your backyard. The house is equipped with all the kitchen utensils and other stuff one could use. The property needs major fixtures including bug infestation, all the bathroom door and other door locks. The wifi didn't work for us during our whole stay because the bill wasn't paid. Overall, we had good times minus the issue mentioned.

Blissful Bella

Our stay at Casa Bella in Rocky Point was nothing short of spectacular! Traveling with a lively group of 12, seven adults and five children, we found this beach house to be an absolute gem. The spacious, well-appointed rooms offered comfort and tranquility, while the large and accommodating kitchen was a dream for preparing meals for our large family. The expansive patio, with its breathtaking ocean views, became our morning haven for sipping coffee, getting massages, having cigars and soaking in the serene Penasco vibes.Even when faced with a minor hiccup... a dishwasher malfunction, the property management team demonstrated exceptional service, promptly dispatching a technician the same day to address the issue. I have to give a special shout-out to Ricardo, whose thoughtful gesture of delivering stunning bouquets of flowers to the mothers in our group added a heartwarming touch to an already unforgettable experience. Bravo. Casa Bella truly exceeded our expectations, blending luxury, functionality, and warm, cultural hospitality. We’re already counting down the days until our return to this paradise. Thank you, Casa Bella, for an extraordinary getaway!
