We enjoyed our stay at Silverthorn Lake! Our dog enjoyed swimming and the outdoors, and the host, Jesse was very accommodating. The lakeside chairs were wonderful, and the loons were so much fun to watch. Thank you for sharing your wonderful cabin!

Clean, great property, great lake kayak, and canoe, grill, campfire area. Everything needed to enjoy what the Hayward area has to offer is on property, but it’s only a short drive to some great mountain bike and hiking trails. Good food isn’t too too far away. The town of Hayward is relatively close, but far away enough where if you want to be detached you have that as an option as well. I really enjoyed my time.

Relaxing, quiet getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. Quiet lake, beautiful sunsets, very nice cabin. We spent time in Hayward and Ashland as well.

Great stay

Everything was perfect from the cabin to the location. The host was great and incredibly accommodating. We really enjoyed the awesome views, getting out on the lake, and we hada fun time at the beach as well. Thank you for the great stay.

The cabin was very clean and well appointed. It was perfect for me, spouse, and dog and the area was lovely in the fall. The only surprise was how close the neighboring properties were; however the lake only has about 10 properties so I expect it would still feel quiet even if everyone was there.
