Pets:
This property is dog-friendly. We welcome up to 2 dogs per reservation at a charge of $75 per dog. Please do not leave dogs unsupervised out of a crate. If your dog is not used to being crated and may become agitated and bark, disrupting neighbors, please consider this in your travel plans. In all public and common areas, dogs must be leashed/under full control of their handler. Any property damages caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management.

Guests will have private access to the entire beautifully restored condo. Entry is simple and secure with a smart lock and keypad located on the far lower door. Please note the unit is located down a few steps from the parking area.

Parking:
Designated parking spots are available in the driveway directly in front of the property.
Ample street parking is also available nearby for additional vehicles.

We respect your privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay. We will not be present on the property during your visit. However, our dedicated guest service team is available to assist you from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM should you have any questions or need support. This is not a hotel and as such it does not have a front desk or other on-site guidance system.

Transit:
While having a car is recommended for convenience, no worries if you don't have one. Duluth has got you covered with plenty of public transportation options to explore the area. You can hop on the Duluth Transit, or take advantage of ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft. And if you prefer traditional taxis, there are many other taxi services available too. So, whether you're cruising in your own car or using one of these convenient options, getting around won't be a problem at all. Enjoy your adventures in Duluth!

All three bedrooms and the single bathroom are located on the second floor of the unit.
This is a multi-unit building, so there may be other guests at the property.
If you are traveling with a larger group and require more space, additional units in the building may be available for booking. Please inquire for details.

Directions:
You cannot actually access the property from Mesaba Place. You must enter from 4th St (if going up Mesaba, you turn left on 4th: if going down Mesaba, you would turn right onto 4th), where you will turn left into the first driveway with a Garage. The townhome is located past the garage and you will see signs for parking! There is one space available for each unit, if you need to park additional vehicles please utilize street parking.
