Downtown is just a 15-minute drive away!

Living Room: As you step inside, the open-concept living room welcomes you with plush sofas, plenty of natural light, and a cozy atmosphere perfect for movie nights, game days, or just relaxing with a book.

Kitchen: The fully-equipped kitchen features modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the cookware you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner.

Dining Area: Adjacent to the kitchen is a charming dining area, ideal for sharing meals or planning your beach day over coffee.

Outdoor Patio: The large, covered back patio is a private oasis. Relax with your morning coffee, enjoy a meal al fresco, or sip cocktails in the evening. It offers direct access to the community pool and hot tub, steps away from your door.

Attached to the master bedroom, the ensuite bathroom ensures privacy and includes a walk-in shower and modern amenities.

Adjacent to the second bedroom, this bathroom offers convenience with a full shower and bath setup, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun.

This condo offers the perfect setting for your St. Augustine vacation, blending convenience, comfort, and charm. The Villas provide fantastic community amenities, including a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and a private beach walkover. When you're ready to explore, you're minutes away from local dining and attractions like the St. Augustine Pier and downtown.

The house is fully available to guests, with the exception of a locked owner’s closet. Please feel free to message me for any questions, recommendations, or needs – I’m here to help make your stay unforgettable!

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.
