About this property

F1, Downtown St. Augustine, POOL, beaches, free onsite parking!

We are located right downtown, and our pool is open all year and heated from April 1st to November 1st.
Historic building, fully renovated with 4 apartments that all share the pool. The interior of the downstairs apartment has been tastefully decorated to match the style of the time, but with all the modern conveniences. Beautiful backyard with a large 36' heated pool (April 1 - November 1).

Flat screen TVs in living room and bedrooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.
1 designated Parking spot on the property plus unmetered street parking, full bath, and washer/dryer is just some of what it has to offer. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to try out some local ingredients.
We have a drip coffee maker, coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar.
Located in the heart of historic Lincolnville downtown St. Augustine, attractions, shopping and restaurants are plentiful within a short walking distance. The area has a festive atmosphere all year long and especially at holiday time.
As you relax on the porch, maybe on Sundays enjoying the gospel music from the oldest Church in Lincolnville, you will feel that history comes alive when you stay at this house.
Should you choose to wander the tree lined streets of the historic district, to enjoy the fresh sea breeze along the bay front or to discover the shops of St. George Street, your options for an afternoon stroll are endless. If your feet tire, trolleys, taxis and pedicabs are always nearby to carry you home.
Wonderful sandy beaches are only 5 miles away and options for rental of kayaks, paddle boards, small sailboats or jet skis are nearby.

The apartment was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. The location couldn't be better. Having a parking spot was great, because parking in town is expensive and not always easy to find. It's a quick walk to town for sightseeing, shopping, and eating out. We also enjoyed walking to the distillery and the Ice Plant Bar. Communication was great, and easy check in and out.

The property was in good condition. The pool area was very nice and featured a covered area for seating. Proximity to downtown was excellent, although the area is under redevelopment. Only one thing would’ve made it five star and that’s if only the beds were comfortable.

I am sorry you didn’t find the beds comfortable and just wanted to offer a comment in response, and for the consideration of future guests. Finding the right mattresses in our industry is unfortunately a difficult challenge. In order to satisfy the majority of our guests we have gradually replaced all mattresses with medium firm memory-foam ones and it seems to work out for the vast majority of our guests. Unfortunately though, it doesn’t meet everyone’s expectations. We would love it if it could, but we know it’s not realistic to hit a 100%. Owners Kirsten and Michael have been married for 42 years and have two wonderful children, Karen and Thomas. We have been fortunate and had the opportunity to live in many different places throughout the US and overseas. Finally, we decided to retire and settle in St. Augustine.

Why they chose this property

The fully renovated apartments and central location was attractive for us as we were looking at various properties. St. Augustine has a festive atmosphere and is full of happy vacationers which we really like, but for us the possibility for an active lifestyle with ample opportunity to walk and bike safely all over the city has been the greatest incentive to purchase a home in this area.

What makes this property unique

Lincolnville is so authentic because it's one of the few areas of downtown that have a real neighborhood.
