This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath cottage is located in Tims Ford Lake's newest lake community-- Twin Creeks Village, a private, gated community within steps of Tims Ford Lake and Twin Creeks Marina and Drafts and Watercrafts restaurant. Twin Creeks is a golf cart community. Optional golf cart rental is available.
The open spacious, open floor plan creates an inviting area for both rest and leisure. Gather the group for food, fun and games in one of the two living rooms or relax on one of the three porches. This home also boasts a dedicated office space.

Enjoy the community pools, marina, lake and beach all minutes away! The Twin Creeks Marina and Resort offers a floating ship store stocked with all the basic amenities for enjoying one of the most scenic lakes in Tennessee as well as Drafts & Watercrafts with its full bar and restaurant with beautiful lake-side views.
Property includes a golf cart that is available to rent at additional cost.

This home is only minutes away from the Winchester square with its movie theater and options for both shopping and dining. Also within a short drive is The Bear Trace Championship Golf Course designed by Jack Nicklaus, Tims Ford State Park, The University of the South, Jack Daniels Distillery, and numerous hiking spots. This location has attractions designed to please both adults and children.

This place was THE BEST! It is the most beautiful lake house with SO MUCH Space and the decorations are so beautiful! Has the most gorgeous views and minutes from downtown Winchester as well as from the state park. We didn't boat because it was too cold - but we hope to visit again and rent a boat! This place had everything for our family of 7 adults & 1 teen!

Perfect lake rental!

The photos don’t do it justice! It’s very spacious, clean and the perfect house for families! We loved the location to the marina and the golf cart (additional rental cost) which made our weekend go seamlessly. The house had great features if you’re traveling with young kids. We loved the separate kids hang out spot on second level, backyard space and watching the sunset on the patio with a firepit! All the outdoor furniture was in great shape. We will be back!

Came to a family birthday party at another location. The Twin Creeks neighborhood is so close to Downtown Winchester and lake activities. The house was perfect for quiet evenings after days full of fun.

What a view (TN/AL families)

What a view of Tim’s Ford Lake! We took our grandchildren to the lake and let their parents and dog follow along. Six total and had plenty of space. The house was clean, well laid out for our 6 folks. With 3 outside setting area (2 had a beautiful view of lake and one with firepit) and 2 inside dens ( both views of lake) plenty of space to enjoy the fellowship. Kitchen had a view of lake along with table with a view Everything we needed to cook with. Played table games that were provided. TV are everywhere. Dens, bedrooms and outside. And to work with John was GREAT! He answered our questions very timely. Best host manger we have ever worked with and we have had a lot of booking of rental properties with good host. But John topped them all. We booked the golf cart.nice to have to go to swimming pool and get back and forth to the marina where we had our boat and a wonder place to eat and relax. 2 minutes or less to swimming pool and marina— nice golf cart ride. Close to town, eats, grocery, movies , etc Would recommend this house with 10 + stairs.
