Clean and spacious property, well located, well stocked kitchen, multiple entertainment options, clear instructions including a physical binder with key needed information and a communicative and helpful host. Host was kind enough to offer early checkin and checkout options even though we didn’t ask for it!

This truly was an exceptional property in a great location. We were able to resolve two small issues quickly and easily. The house literally has everything you could want for a beach vacation. A bit pricey, but we got everything wanted and then some. Highly recommend it!

The Bergh street house was everything we hoped it would be. It’s got a lot of common space, very comfortable and modernized. There is a very cute backyard / patio with lots of seating. The outdoor shower was a big hit. There is anything you could ever need in the kitchen to cook. There are lots of dishes and flatware so you aren’t washing dishes after every meal. We enjoyed the pool table a lot. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are large and quite new. All in all we felt very at ease here and highly recommend. If we are ever in the area again we would seek out this property.

We had an excellent stay at this property! It is pet friendly and our Golden had plenty of room and felt at home. My 24 year old twins had space to work and enough room to have separate areas. We had a blast playing pool and the kitchen was very well equipped to cook meals. The place is super clean and the location was perfect for us!!!! Thank you for making everything so easy from check in to check out. We’ll definitely look to stay here again!!!

1st trip to AP

We had 5 adults in the house and used 3 of 4 bedrooms and all had a great time. Very nice neighborhood and as advertised, 2 blocks to beach and another short walk to all the great spots on Cookman ave. Beautiful house and set up perfectly. Beautiful fromt porch to enjoy and very nice neighbors. A great visit and highly recommend.

Perfect Getaway

We loved our stay! The house is even better than it looks in the pictures, and the location can't be beat. Everything was super clean, the beds are comfy, and the kitchen is very well-equipped. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch every day and walking to the beach and the shops and restaurants on Cookman Avenue. Bob was extremely responsive and answered all our questions. We will definitely be back!

Incredible Sfay

We stayed at this beautiful home to see a tribute band at The Stone Pony, 3 blocks away. The home was great to make dinner on both Friday and Saturday night. The kitchen is amazing! It was easy to access the key and navigate Asbury. It was incredible for the off season. We walked to Ocean Grove and Downtown Asbury. Amazing Trip

Wonderful home and stay!

We can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was! The house is gorgeous, updated and clean. It had everything we needed for the weekend. We were blown away by the attention to detail, there were even toys for our kids to play with. The attic space was a huge bonus for hanging out, watching tv and enjoying a game of ping pong. Check in was easy and the location was a 10 min walk to the beach as well as the main strip of restaurants. Communication was fast and seamless with the owners and we felt comfortable asking them any questions that we had. We loved staying in this home and plan to stay again soon!

Down the shore everything’s alright

Lisa & Alec’s home is nothing short of 5 stars. We’ve rented homes in Asbury Park, Ocean Grove and Bradley Beach…and we all agreed that this home has everything you could ask for in a Jersey Shore rental: fantastic kitchen, great location, so many rooms/areas for family/friends to lounge/relax both inside and outside. The outdoor shower is a huge plus. And if that wasn’t enough, there were bikes, beach badges, beach chairs AND MORE! Property manager Mike was very responsive and helpful. If only we could have stayed longer!

Stone Pony Stone’s Throw!

We had a fantastic week-long stay at this property! The accommodations were stylish and very comfortable, with plenty of room for my husband and me to spread out for remote work days, and lots of space and privacy when joined for the weekend by another couple. The home was well fitted with all of the necessities and a great kitchen if you cook. And the location was the best - we were there to catch some summer stage shows, enjoy the sights in Asbury Park, and walk on the boardwalk, all within easy reach. We barely used our car. The whole process was seamless and we could settle right into enjoying ourselves. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thanks so much for letting us enjoy your lovely home away from home!
