It's minutes away from the historic town of Bowling Green to eat, shop, or site see! Conveniently located between Richmond & Fredericksburg.
There are two golf courses , Pendleton and Mattaponi Springs nearby , as well as Kings Dominion! There are many local attractions too !
Fort Walker military base ( formerly A. P. hill ) is also a few minutes away as well !
