About this property

Townhome with pool - short walk to Coligny beach, restaurants, shops & more!

Short and long-term/winter rentals available!

Two-story townhouse in the heart of Coligny area - 2 bed/2.5 bath, sleeps 8. Lower floor opens to a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee/tea station, dining area, half bath, and living room with a queen-size pullout couch, smart TV, games and books for your use during your stay. Walk out to a patio with outdoor dining area and gas grill and the shared courtyard and community pool (not heated).

Moving upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed and balcony overlooking the courtyard. The second has a king bed and twin-size bunk beds. Both are equipped with smart TVs. There are two full size bathrooms (showers, no tubs). Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as extra blankets and pillows in the hall closet. Laundry is just off the kitchen.

The condo is a very short walk to Coligny beach, dozens of restaurants, Celebration Park with a large playground, live music venues, grocery store (Piggly Wiggly), shopping, ice cream, coffee shops, and more.

Just a 5-10 bike ride or drive to some of the best golf courses in the southeast, as well as Harbour Town, South Beach Marina and Shelter Cove. Whether you're here for beach time, a family get-together, a romantic getaway, golf, biking, or just exploring the Lowcountry, we've got what you need. Welcome home.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very easy to communicate with and always got back to me quickly. Easy access to the town of coligny where we enjoyed shopping and restaurants. We were only able to stay 1 night, but this was close to shopping and restaurants. There’s a pool for this complex too. Quiet, yet close to a lot of options for fun.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was fantastic, especially with children, as so many things were within walking distance. We walked to the beach, to the playground, and to dinner each night. The host was accommodating and responsive. We hope to stay here again!

Week long getaway

Wife and 2 sons enjoyed this clean home for 6 nights. Convenient to all the shopping and dining you could need! 10 min walk to beach, maybe less without kids and a wagon full of gear! Also enjoyed the pool! This place is better than described and the hosts made it so simple. Thank you!

This was our second trip to coligny villas. We love the location! It’s a quick walk or bike ride to beach, many restaurants and shopping. The condo was very nice and clean. Well stocked with anything you need for your stay. Very family friendly area. We plan to return!

Short but Sweet Stay

We are from Colorado and were extremely pleased with the accommodations when we arrived after a long drive from my brothers place in North Carolina. It was very very clean and provided everything imaginable to help make our weekend stay enjoyable. The proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants was perfect for us being first time to experience Hilton Head. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return again in the future.

Family Beach Trip

Great townhouse close to everything. Ten minute walk to beach with toddler and child. The space was wonderful for my family and parents. Stairs are a bit steep for little ones.Overall great stay !!

Unbelievable Hilton Head Island Property & Host!

My wife and I had never been to HHI and this property was simply the best for our first visit! Tremendous location; a short walking distance to the gorgeous beach; an even shorter walking distance to shops and diverse local dining options. For golfers, the courses are close by and incredibly convenient to access. The property was clean, modern and so comfortable for us both. All in all, we will back to the Island and will stay again at this dream location too!

Great Little Gem

We absolutely loved this property! Although we come down to HHI every year, it was our first time staying at this location. It was super clean and very comfortable. The pool is awesome and my kids loved being able to go there in the evenings as the water was always warm. The condo is a short walk to Coligny Plaza and the beach isn’t too far to walk with kids in tow. We will definitely be back to the island next year and hope to stay here again!

Excellent experience!

I can’t recommend this property enough! It was clean, well decorated, in the perfect location and finally, reasonably priced! The host was so accommodating and provided everything we could possibly need from laundry detergent to shampoo, etc. The property worked well for our 3 teens who like their own space. We will definitely be back!
