My dad, Kent, was also born and raised in Milwaukee. He is now retired and owns a few rentals in the area. He is very handy and enjoys keeping busy! He has been a landlord for 31 years! He has owned and managed properties around southeastern Wisconsin ranging from 2 units to 8 units.
