Harbor View East is a refinished two-story unit built in 1926. Perched on the bluff, large windows offer unhindered views of the harbor and the Strait of Juan de Fuca to Vancouver Island. There is a full kitchen, dining area, living room and a half-bathroom downstairs. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a washer and dryer. A front deck overlooks the harbor, and a back deck has views to the Olympic Mountains.

Super location is steps from the Zigzag in a charming neighborhood. Easy walk to the Olympic Discovery Trail and to the Coho Ferry to Victoria. Short walk to Safeway, Starbucks, and to the shops downtown.

LOTS of space in the perfect location for walks into Port Angeles and visiting the peninsula and park. A great kitchen too if you’re able to eat some meals at “home”

Lovely home. Loved the old house vibe and furniture. The gardens were beautiful but the view of the straight was spectacular from sunrise to sunset. Very quiet neighborhood.

The place has a killer view of the harbor and water below, as you sit up on the bluff over all. In addition there is easy walking access to down town and the running/ walking trail right outside on the zig zag walkway.All was clean, communication was great with owner and the shower and kitchen had all we needed to make this a perfect stay. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed every day as we hiked the NP park in the day and walked the pier area at night for a good meal.Owners list of places to eat as well as info on how close the Safeway was added to the stay. Would stay again if in area.

This charming, antique filled older home overlooking the harbor has some lovely outdoor spaces as well. Just sitting and watching marine traffic there is a pleasant pastime. The kitchen has a variety of pots and pans and includes a crock pot and a Keurig. There is also a good supply of bowls, plates, utensils, cups and glasses. We have stayed at sparsely furnished places that require frequent hand washing or running the dishwasher. There was also a generous supply of bath towels. We hope to stay there again.

Great location and close to a bunch of shops and restaurants. The place was clean and has a lot of cool antique furniture with a modern kitchen with all the pots, pans, and anything else to make a meal. Has a great view of the harbor.Check-in was easy and communication was good as well with all pertinent information on door code, wifi access, and check-in/out times.

Great location! Beautiful craftsman house with uoedstrd kitchen and bathrooms. Spectacular view of the Juan de Fuca Strait. In walking distance to downtown, restaurants and grocery stores. Superb location for further exploration of the Olympic Peninsula.

We had a great stay here, and the location is fantastic if you want to be downtown and close to the pier. The home itself is beautiful, older house with a lot of character, and it had everything we needed for our stay.The furniture is quite old and has that noticeable “old furniture “smell. Some of the pieces felt delicate enough that I was a little worried about accidentally breaking something. The beds however were good.The one thing I really wish the home had were window screens. Since there is no AC, having the windows open during the summer is pretty important for keeping the house comfortable, but without window screens, bugs can easily get inside, especially at night when you have lights on.Overall, it was a very good stay. The location is hard to beat, the house is charming and well equipped, and we enjoyed our time there.

The property is located within walking distance to several dinning, shopping,and grocery shopping stores. It is spacious, comfortable beds, all kitchen items needed, the washer and dryer were a big plus. A few different seating options outdoors to enjoy the views or coffee.

This is a great property, conveniently located, easy to walk downtown, great view! Beds were comfortable, all the essentials that we needed. Could use curtains or blinds on the lower level windows and a little de-cluttering outside. The visiting deer was a great treat! Beautiful spot!

Cool OLD house. This is more like a town home. I left a 4 cause the living kitchen area has no blinds. The couches are super out dated and no where to relax downstairs due to the couches and no blinds. Besides those things. This house is super cool, location and view is amazing. I would definitely stay again if this things were corrected. The house has very cool features and main area is all original, which gives is a really cool feel. The walking from the home down to the city is very cool. Lots of great restaurants and Safeway in walking distance. Really enjoyed this place outside of no privacy or somewhere to kick back before bed.

Very convenient location with great views of harbor. Convenient to ferry to Victoria and restaurants. It was also convenient to Olympic NP. Property was as described, an older house filled with antiques. Kitchen was nice, but we did not prepare meals. Port Angeles is a nice town on the Washington peninsula.

The location was ideal. Check-in smooth and easy. My only suggestion was it was dusty which only a problem because o have really bad allergies. The view was amazing and we loved staying there.

We will definitely return to this rental. The home is in an ideal location, close to shopping and the waterfront. The unit we rented was very spacious and well stocked. It is furnished with a mixture of antique and modern pieces and the interior has lovely original woodwork from the early 20th century when this house was constructed.The pics in the VRBO listing don't do this property justice, the house sits on a bluff right above downtown Port Angeles and it has a stunning view of the harbor, the strait and Vancouver Island.Randy was an outstanding host, was easy to contact and was kind enough to give us a tour of the garden and all the types of plants he raises all around the property.
