West Stonebridge holiday lettings

Lovely property in a very nice area, close to local amenities that met with all our family needs. All the parks were reasonably close by however the traffic on the i4 was always heavy and due to roadworks there were delays in travelling to the parks. Property had everything we needed and more, with lots of space for the 9 of us, the grounds were immaculate. Everything functioned as it should however we felt it was getting a bit tired. Dishwasher trays were going rusty, kitchen cupboards starting to fall apart and we found several of the plates, bowls, glasses and cups were not properly clean (lipstick on rims of some glasses…!) on arrival. AC went wrong one day, after a short phone call we got it going again and an engineer came out next morning to do proper repair which was excellent however, I felt this maybe could have been avoided as the system control indicated service was overdue by 18 months….! Overall we were very happy with our stay and very much enjoyed our stay in Sunflower

Gorgeous house with more than enough space to fit 3 couples and two single 20’s - huge great room with sofas, dining and very well equipped kitchen - pool table in offshoot dining room with fab games room upstairs and movie theatre with 8 lazy boys and massive screen perfect for evening movies. Beds all very comfortable - lovely pool and hot tub - thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend

We stayed at this villa with our children and grandchildren. Lovely Villa, plenty of space, great location for getting around to Disney, shopping etc. Also being on the golf course was an added bonus as we played a few rounds of golf as well. Would definitely stay there again. In a great spot overlooking the 13th hole. The Grandkids loved the games room and cinema room, and enjoyed the pool as well. A beautiful villa with everything you need.

Amazing communication from the owners from booking to leaving. House is immaculate and super comfortable and they’ve thought of everything you need for your stay. We stayed for 10 days and could easily have stayed a month! We’ve rented many houses over the years in different countries and this is by far the best and I’m super picky with things like cleanliness and comfort. Would recommend this property to anyone. Can’t fault one thing. Thank you Steve and Sandy for letting us stay in your beautiful house. Loved it 😊

We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful home. Beautifully clean on arrival and so spacious and comfortable. I really can't fault it! It was such a lovely place to return to at the end of a busy day exploring, or visiting the parks. Lovely, quiet neighbourhood. Publix grocery store nearby (couple of mins away in car but we also walked there a couple of times). The beds were big and comfortable, plenty of storage space, en-suite bathrooms to two of the rooms and a shared bathroom between the 3rd double/Queen and the twin room. With just 4 of us in our party, we were spoiled for space! TVs in all bedrooms, washing facilities, a well-equipped kitchen, a games room a choice of areas to dine in and a cosy and comfortable lounge, excellent air-con...What's not to love?...And then there's the fabulous pool and lanai! How we wish we were still there!!! Christy and Jeff (owners) were wonderful and, along with the property management company, attended to any extra needs we had. We can't thank you enough for sharing your property with us and enabling us to have such a fabulous and unforgettable holiday.

We searched high and low for the perfect villa for our family home, and came across this property. I have to admit I’m very picky when it comes too a clean home and finding the perfect one for my family, I could not fault anything, on entering the home walking around it was so breathtaking I almost felt emotional haha that’s how beautiful it is, and too see the joy on our children’s faces blew me and my husband away. There was absolutely evreything and the vibe in the house is so posative and welcoming, from the moment you walk in the owner’s have thought of absolutely evreything , large light spotless clean rooms, The beds was the most comfortable I have ever experienced and we always stay in the higher end accommodation, these was the best by far we have ever had. The home was in a excellent location near to the club house, before we had checked in here we did the first part of our holiday in a Disney hotel, when we got to the villa for me that’s when the holiday really started. Thanks so much for creating such a amazing home and it’s gave us a memory we will never forget as a family, we was completely blown away.

My family and I have loved staying at this villa. Lots of room for us, great pool and the themed rooms went down a treat with my kids. Close to restaurants and shops on 27 and 192. Many nice extra touches such as the prams, car seats, cool box etc to use. Quiet neighbourhood and the pool was really private. About 20/25 minutes drive from Disney. I would definitely recommend staying here. However I wouldn’t recommend staying here in July as that is when I am most likely to return next year and don’t want the villa to be booked by someone else. Keith was very good to deal with and made sure everything was ok for us. See you again soon hopefully, Be Our Guest house. Missing you already.
