We are disappointed to see this review, as it does not accurately reflect what occurred during this stay. When the TV issue was reported, we responded immediately and dispatched a technician to the property. The technician verified that all TVs were functioning properly, and we have documentation confirming this. We take every guest concern seriously and work quickly to resolve any reported issues. While we regret you chose to end your stay early, we can only assume that it was for other reasons beyond our control. We remain committed to providing prompt service and a positive experience for all of our guests.

We're sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We only wish we had known about these concerns during your visit, as our local property management team is available seven days a week and would have been happy to address maintenance items or answer any questions right away. Thank you for bringing the checkout instructions to our attention. We discovered that one of our VRBO messages still referenced an outdated trash disposal procedure, and we've since corrected it. Our emailed checkout instructions that you received included the correct information, and we're glad you brought the discrepancy to our attention. We've also inspected the home and are addressing the maintenance items noted. Regarding the smoke detectors, guest safety is extremely important to us. The home is equipped with smoke detectors, which had been replaced just a few months before your stay, so we are investigating your comment to ensure everything is in place and functioning properly.
