Escape to Relax and Recover, our spacious and serene mountain home, located just a 4-minute drive from Stratton Mountain Access Road. This retreat offers breathtaking views of Stratton’s iconic slopes, a tranquil private pond, outdoor hot tub, and private fitness gym. With its close proximity to Mount Snow, Okemo, Magic, and Bromley Mountain resorts, it’s the perfect base for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, or simply unwinding.

With accommodations for many guests and multiple families, our spacious home features:
- Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed (+ bonus room with 1 Queen Bed)
- Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed
- Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed
- Bedroom 4: 1 Full Bed and 2 Twin
- Bonus Room 1: 1 Queen Bed

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please strip all non-decorative sheets and pillowcases from used beds and leave them on top of the beds to which they belong. Please gather used towels and leave with the sheets.
Please load and run the dishwasher. Dishwashing pods are located below the sink. Please collect all trash and leave them in the trash bins.
If you used the grill, griddle, or smoker, please clean these appliances of large food particles. If they are left dirty, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee.

My friends and I had a fantastic ski trip at this property! The location is ideal—just a short drive to Stratton Ski Resort. When we arrived, the home was warm, spotless, and immediately welcoming after our long journey.The hosts, Larry and Meredith, were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you for the local fresh coffee beans—they were such a thoughtful touch and truly made our mornings perfect.We especially loved the hot tub and sauna, which were perfect for unwinding and recovering after a day on the slopes.We highly recommend this place and would definitely love to return for another trip!

This place was a vibe! The sound system was bumpin’ old-school tunes all weekend — felt like our own private throwback party. Hot tub? Perfect. Sauna? Yes, please. The view? Straight-up beautiful. Wonderful Relaxing Stay

We really enjoyed the week we spent here. The house is great and there are a ton of really nice touches that make it an even better experience (record player w/top notch speakers!, multiple coffee brewing brewers/methods, kitchen loaded with everything you need to cook home meals, a great grill, and a hot tub!). The location is great; quiet neighborhood w/beautiful views of Stratton. Quick and easy ride to Stratton; just a couple of minutes to the access road. And only 10 minutes or so to Bromley. The owners were fantastic; very responsive and friendly with any questions we had. All in all, a great property and house. We had a fantastic time and definitely would recommend.

Meredith & Larry were fantastic hosts. Communication was excellent. The property was well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was clean & fresh. We had no issues with any of the amenities- we used the hot tub and it was very nice after a day of skiing! Highly recommend.
