The pictures are not accurate to the cleanliness of the house. There are stains on walls in kitchen, bathroom and bedroom and mold on the ceiling in the bedroom that is very concerning. The couch is pretty from afar but has stains on it and is hard as a rock-definitely not sleepable. We killed 2 small roaches crawling from the kitchen cabinet our first night, woke up to someone sleeping outside on the stairs (we had to walk over a drunk man with cans around him), and the entrance room smells like mold. The neighborhood is questionable with lots of activity late at night.
