No living room furniture. Overbooking of guest. Vrbo did not address my complaint after numeros call

The outside yard was in disarray. Open the door there was no furniture in the living room Rach bedroom had a lock with different codes and contained microwave and refrigerator. It felt like a boatding house. A man and women showed up
