Welcome to "Abode A" at Arthur Street! This newly-updated, spacious unit has all of the amenities needed for a stress-free getaway. Located <1 mile to Downtown Plymouth + close to Ann Arbor/DTW Airport/freeways. This newly renovated 2BR/1 bath unit features a fully-stocked kitchen, 55” ROKU TV w/ access to your favorite streaming networks, an open concept living room/kitchen with new carpet + all the essentials you need for a great getaway! Perfect for couples, friends' trips or small families!

You will have the space entirely to yourself. The two Abodes ("A" & "B") each have their own door on the front porch.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a homemade meal or to prepare take-out from a local restaurant- full dishware set, coffee cups, utensils, drinking glasses, pots and pans, toaster, storage containers for leftovers, paper towels and more. Salt, pepper and olive oil are also available for your use. A luxury coffee maker that brews a pot of coffee or individual Kcup is provided along with a tea pot for non-coffee drinkers. The fully stocked cupboards feature a selection of complimentary coffee/cream/sugar and teas to enjoy.

Bedrooms:
We know sleep is important while traveling! The bedrooms contain Queen size beds with brand new, luxury memory foam mattresses, perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. The bedrooms feature blinds + black out curtains & night stands with USB lamps. Closets contain hangers + hampers for your clothes. There is also an iron and ironing board in the Master bedroom to ensure your clothes remain wrinkle free.

Bathroom:
Updated, spacious bathroom features a tub/shower and vanity with storage. The bathroom is equipped with all necessary amenities - extra toilet paper, Qtips, hair dryer, body wash and shampoo/conditioner. There is a non-slip mat in the shower & a first aid kit underneath the vanity.

Living/Dining Area:
The stylish living area features a 55” ROKU TV with access to your favorite streaming networks. An assortment of board games, books and decks of cards are also available for guest use. A dining table with four chairs + bench seating (comfortably seats 6 people) compliments the open living/dining area.

Perfect spot in super cute town

Had a great stay here for a hockey tournament in town. The beds were comfy, the place was cozy and the town is so quaint. Loved it.

The perfect place to stay for a quick visit with family. The house had everything we could need, was very comfortable, and the perfect distance from downtown. Definitely plan on staying here again when we’re in town.

No traffic or traffic noise, nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors.Very close to my job site. Occasional train whistles remind me of home, in a good way.

Hidden Gem

We had to attend a wedding at Fox Hills Golf Course and wanted to stay close to the venue. This house was amazing. The owner went over and above to make us feel at home. They had the house stocked with everything you would need for a night's stay. The beds were super comfortable! I would highly recommend this property to anyone! It is within walking distance of downtown Plymouth, which was a bonus since they were having a festival going on.

Clean and basic

Stayed at this property with my sister. Positives: Good location, clean, nice bedrooms, plenty of towels. Criticisms: The outside needs some work, not great curb appeal. The kitchen sparsely furnished, only very basic items. A few nice coffee mugs would be a great addition. This is the first property I’ve ever stayed at where I had zero communication with the host. A “hello, hope you have everything you need, how did your check in go?” would have been nice. Glad I experienced no issues while there.
