We attended a wedding in Dripping Springs, so I give this property a 5-star rating. Everything was so wonderful...well stocked appliances and so pleasing and close to many great things in Dripping Springs. I love the fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom. we used this location for a friends outing of three married couples all in our 70's.this was a central location for us to drive for day excursions to Austin, San Antonio, Waco and Fredericksburg. House owner/manager did have to be contacted for one problem, which was taken care of immediately and she made it right to us. The only thing I would possibly add would be maybe additional seating, as we did have beautiful sunset from the west side of the house which we enjoyed several times.We had perfect amount of seating for us, but for a larger party than 6, it would be short seating outside.highly recommend this place for a get away.

My group was cousins who are all grandma's and we had a great time at this property. The house is cozy and comfortable. We loved the open plan kitchen/living/dining area for meals and games and general visiting. We like to walk and had some nice places to walk around the property. Fun to see deer grazing at dusk, for this city girl. We enjoyed the Oak Street Cafe and the Pig Pen BBQ restaurants, and of all things, a wonderful thrift store on HWY 290, less than 5 miles from the house.

This place was awesome! 3 couples - family get together. Everyone had space and their own bathroom. Really clean and comfortable furniture. Kitchen stocked with all we needed. Coffee pot is drip - which was really nice for our group - as opposed to single cup. Great time. We all agreed we'd come back!

Perfect place to stay for a nearby family wedding. Our mini Aussie loved all the scents and wildlife outside. A beautiful property and very comfortable home and very kind host.

The house was perfect for what we needed. The bridal party had hair and makeup there and it was the perfect cozy setup. Kitchen was stocked and beds were comfy.
