Conveniently located just 3 miles from the neon lights of Broadway, this 1BD/1BA condo is the perfect home base during your trip to Nashville. High-end furnishings and country music themed decor give it the excitement of a getaway with the comfort and coziness of home. Everything in this condo is brand-new- you won`t find a better place for a better price in a better location.

When you walk in, you will notice the tributes to Music City all around, from custom guitars & local photography on display to classics like Johnny Cash vinyls on the walls. The kitchen highlights a full suite of stainless-steel appliances and everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal. You will also find a Keurig coffee maker and fully stocked coffee bar! Beyond the kitchen, the living room is furnished with a Joybird queen sleeper sofa and Smart TV, with a stunning view of the Nashville skyline. Wait until you see the sunsets from this spot!

We would love to come back to the man in black!!

This condo is gorgeous!! It is so beautifully decorated. My husband and I loved all of the details and memorabilia of Johnny Cash! It is only 2 miles from Broadway, so this made it the perfect location for us. Quiet at night & only a short UBER or Lyft ride away from the everything. The bed was so comfortable, very clean, and relaxing. We will definitely go back. You will not be disappointed!!

THE DECOR!

The Outlaw is a great home base for your visit to Nashville! It is in a fairly nice neighborhood that is only an 8-10 minute ride from all the fun downtown. The decor in this condo is in a Jonny Cash theme, with guitars, albums, and posters on the walls. It makes you feel like you're part of the local music scene. The appliances are modern, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is huge. There's even a washer/dryer. We would definitely stay here again and we WILL be back! We fell in love with Nashville!

Modern and Short Distance from Downtown Nashville

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. It was very well decorated, modern, and a short distance (a few miles) from lower Broadway in Downtown Nashville. Easy parking and property manager was very responsive. The condo was on the 3rd floor which was fine for us however, if unable to do a couple flights of stairs or need accessible accommodations, this is not recommended as there is no elevator. There is a train that runs by a couple of times/day if you don't want to be near that. It did not bother us at all though. Also, there's a cute little coffee shop just a block away (3 minute walk) that I really enjoyed. We took an Uber to Lower Broadway which was much easier than trying to fight traffic, pedestrians, and finding a place to park. We would definitely stay here again.
