Very nice room. Nice pools. Very disappointed that the fitness center and indoor pool was not available. That removed a lot of options for our group. Need more umbrellas at the pools!!For the price, I would have expected more than one kitchen washcloth and towel.
Our stay was wonderful. The condo and the complex is fantastic. Its clean, well taken care of and I really like that there is 24 - 7 security. The only thing I can complain about is that you close the outside pools to early. There are no outside chairs or loungers to use after Oct 15th. I would move that date out until the end of Oct.

Just ok
The property manager was amazing, but we felt like the property itself was just ok. The building was being worked on while we were there, so allot of noise mixed with a very crabby security guard who was so rude, just made our time there just ok. Not mad that it was being worked on as improvements have to be made and people have to work, just annoying to be woke up to loud noises when your on vacation. Very pretty beach great location my only dislike was there was no ramp so we had to carry our wagon down and up the steps each time, but that’s not their problem I didn’t look closely enough to that detail. Also the town itself was not my favorite, but not the worse. It like I said was just ok.

Thanks for reviewing Summer Winds 231-B. It's unfortunate that the HOA decided to do upgrades during the summer season. We were under the impression it was a quick project and wouldn't interfere with our guests. The town of Indian Beach is very strict about structures on the beach, so steps would have to be approved through a long process and that would be up to the HOA to decide to add them or not. Indian Beach is a very private community- you'd have to drive a few minutes in either directions to get shops and restaurants- that's the appeal of the town though.
