Tunnel Vision Trailside Retreat!

Enjoy all NW Arkansas has to offer in this well-stocked, trailside retreat. The House sits right on Tunnel Vision trail; bike in and bike out. Enjoy the back deck, nearby Lake Loch Lamond, one of Bella Vista’s seven golf courses or the birds and wildlife that visit the back yard. A separate office with docking station makes this the perfect place to work or play.

This three-bedroom, two-bath home is well-stocked and comfortably sleeps seven in the bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, smart TV and attached full bathroom with walk-in closet. A second bedroom sleeps two in a queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and twin loft; this room also has a smart TV.

A separate room has a sitting area and work station. The work station is complete with a USB-C docking station, connecting your device to hard-wired Ethernet, a monitor, keyboard and mouse. WiFi is available throughout the house.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the kitchenware and utensils you need to prepare meals. Common spices and condiments are available as is coffee and an assortment of teas. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer off the kitchen.

The kitchen opens into the living and dining room. The living room has a smart TV, comfortable seating, reading materials, cozy blankets and a gas fireplace. The cabinet in the dining room holds an assortment of games.

The back deck offers comfortable seating, a gas grill and a firepit. Beyond that is an open backyard right on the edge of Tunnel Vision trail.

Bella Vista has five private lakes, seven golf courses, a pool, mini golf, fitness facilities, a lakeside swimming beach and more. To access these amenities, you will need guest passes. If you would like us to have guest passes for you, please send us the names of each of your guests one week before your stay.

We had the pleasure of staying at Chris’ lovely home while we were in town visiting family. Wonderful home!

This is a beautiful home. The floor plan is almost like two master suites. There is plenty of privacy for two families. The property owner was very gracious when we had a question. He really wanted us to have a great experience. We would definitely stay there again.

Thanksgiving getaway

Our family of 5 spent 4 days, 3 nights in this beautiful home! Truly the pictures do not do it justice. It’s so beautifully decorated, and also a great family home. Well stocked kitchen to help in preparing our meals. Every one of of us wanted to stay just to get to sleep on those mattresses . So amazingly comfortable! You will not regret staying in this beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood and lovely wooded setting in the back. Chris is very responsive to any need that comes up! We will definitely come back the next time we are in this area.

Wedding Week Stay

We were in Bella Vista for a family wedding. The house exceeded all expectations. The listing photos do not due the house justice. The hosts have thought of everything. Every placement is intentional and anticipates the guest needs. The house is spacious and comfortable to host family gatherings. By far the most comfortable bed ever! My wife and I raised our kids in North Texas and are happy to have 3 of them attending university in NW Arkansas. The Tunnel Vision Trailside Retreat is our home away from home where we frequently meet up with them and enjoy biking, hiking, golf and the communities of Bella Vista and Bentonville.

Why they chose this property

This is a quiet neighborhood with noise restrictions and quiet hours starting at 10:00 p.m. It’s a great place to have a nice vacation but is not the place if you’re looking for a party house. You have back yard access to Tunnel Vision trail and the garage is stocked with all tools you may need to maintain/store your bikes.

What makes this property unique

This beautiful home is our home-away-from-home. It's stocked with all you will need to live, play or work. The back yard is secluded surrounded by trees on 3 sides and only a small glimpse of a neighbor's house. A short walk through the tree line drops you right onto Tunnel Vision Trail.
