I don't ask my guests to do any chores on checkout. Running the dishwasher would be helpful for the cleaner but not required. Thank you for taking care of my place!

No dogs allowed in the pool. Damage caused by the dog clawing at the liner will be at the guests expense.
Pets are allowed, but they must be approved during the booking process by checking the box. Bringing an unapproved pet will still result in a pet fee.

This neighborhood is quiet and unique. It's full of 80's home and none are the same. It's just far away from all the noise but not far away from the beaches, downtown and NAS Pensacola.

What makes this property unique

The pool! The backyard is spacious and relaxing. Plenty of outdoor seating plus a grill and fire pit. From rocking chairs enjoying your morning coffee to lounge chairs poolside you'll really feel like you're on vacation.
