Spacious lower level of brick ranch home. Separate entrance for tenant in back on a 1/4 mile paved, private lane. Very quite area. Country living, with City close by. HVAC unit for heating and air conditioning, with electric fire place in living room. Gorgeous sunrise and sunset views. Deer and other wildlife visit almost daily.

After enjoying the beauty of Harrisonburg and the fun of JMU’s homecoming festivities, it was pleasant to relax in the quiet of this residence. It was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Bigger than it looks!

The photos don’t do this place justice, it is very spacious and sunny! It was a short hop to downtown H’burg and the JMU campus. Groceries and restaurants very near by. Super quiet. We will likely return.
