About this property

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located just 30 minutes from the SLC airport. This condo is the perfect place for a vacation any time of year. Within minutes from the world class ski resorts, Olympic Park, and historic downtown. A paved trail is also behind the complex and connects to Park City and Jeremy Ranch for biking/hiking. The condo is located within walking distance to Park City Outlets, Whole Foods, and is on the free High Valley Transit bus route.

This 2-bedroom 2-bath condo can accommodate up to six people comfortably. The recently remodeled condo has a fully stocked kitchen, and all appliances are brand new.

You will have full access to all the Powderwood community amenities during your stay. This includes: hot tub (open all year), pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), lighted tennis courts, volleyball court, BBQ and picnic areas, clubhouse with a weight room, and access to the walking trail.

An assigned covered parking space is available with an additional uncovered space.

Please note, there is not elevator access, and this condo is located on the second floor.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!

If you are considering this condo, and it's available for your dates, stop what you're doing and book it right now!! My wife and I travel A LOT, and this was one of the best Vrbo's we have EVER stayed at. First and most importantly, it was comfy, cozy, and absolutely spotless. The condo was newly renovated and everything is brand new. The location was fantastic. There is a Park City shuttle station within walking distance (so are the Tanger Outlets), but we just decided to make the drives ourselves, which was a quick 15-20 minutes to the Ski Resorts and Main Street. Lastly, the host Tatum is incredible! Rapid responses, clear directions, warm and welcoming, and very accommodating. There is a QR code when you arrive that lays out EVERY detail about your stay. The condo also includes everything you could possibly ever need, and more. Whenever we go back to Park City, we will be back!

Nice Place to Stay for a Park City Vacation

Place was clean and well-updated despite the older building. Kitchen was well-equipped from an equipment perspective, furnishings were nice, and it is nicely located close to shopping, resorts, and backcountry areas, while saving a bit vs staying in the resort base towns.
