What an awsome place!

I can say we were very sad to have to leave this amazing property. Everything was top of the line and perfect! We will definitely be using these folks for our next quick trip to Galveston.

We had a 4 day stay with our family of 14. Everything from booking, to check in to check out went very smooth. This company went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The AC stayed cool. The beds were comfortable and the things they supplied were everything we needed. No complaints at all. We will not rent from anyone else.

Beautiful, spacious, beach house steps from the ocean!

This is a wonderful beach home with all the amenities you could need. Very clean. Everything is brand new. Wonderful communication with the owners. My mother, siblings and our children stayed here and there was plenty of room for everyone. Open concept which was very nice. Downstairs area was perfect for entertaining and had a very big outdoor shower with warm water. We would love to stay here again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Check in and check out were super easy! The host did an occasional check in during our stay making sure everything was good. I would definitely stay with the host again! The home interior was immaculate with great attention focused on the interior design and trim. I believe it shows great pride in the workmanship, weekly care and upkeep.

Great location and room layout

The bunk room was perfect! Great special awareness in the layout. Open concept kitchen, living room and dining was such a great use of space. The home is spotless, beautiful beach vibe and perfect location! Super quiet area and the home had all the amenities you could need to cook with. We will definitely come back!

Loved our time at Pineapple Paradise

The house was even more beautiful in person! Our family enjoyed the beach during the day and ended the night with games. The beach is right down the street, walking distance and you see it from the deck, but we drove onto the beach. The house was clean, and the beds were so comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again, it was sad having to leave.

Top shelf service and an excellent vacation spot.

Our stay at the Pineapple express was nothing short of excellence. The house was clean and very well stocked for our trip to make our stay as stress free as possible. The customer support was 10 out of 10 with every need or question I had taken care of immediately.I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience and how magical it was for our family. I would recommend this to everybody and I will be returning again in the near future.

Girls summer trip for the win

We celebrated our annual Summer girls trip at Pineapple Paradise. We had a fantastic time, everything we needed the house had(Pots, Pans, cooking utencils,towels, you name it) The house is spacious and super cute inside. We loved the location to the beach and super convenient to Restaurants/Stores. It was also nice that the Ocean Property team checked in and made sure we arrived and was having a good stay. We are definitely planning a return trip, thanks for making it a great restful relaxing summer trip!

Pineapple Paradise

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. Pineapple Paradise was well equipped for our stay, they included bedding, bath towels and beach towels. Of the minor issues that came up, the hosts were quick to accommodate our request. If our family wasn’t growing we’d definitely stay again. Thank you.

Immaculately clean and well appointed

Pineapple Paradise was a delight. It was our first time in Crystal Beach and we really enjoyed our stay. The home was immaculately clean and very well appointed—my girlfriend is always wary of home rentals due to cleanliness, and she was very impressed. Very close to the beach. Decent enough WiFi for one of us to work if needed. It was just two of us, so there was plenty of space. We would happily return with another couple and have plenty of space. Overall 5 out of 5 stars. Perfect COVID getaway from Austin. Three cons made this a four star property for us. Two could be fixed, one just is what it is... 1. The washer and dryer left our clothes smelling like cigarette smoke. On a first whiff the machines didn’t smell like anything, but our clothes came out reeking. Really disappointing considering everything else about this rental was spotless. 2. The front door opens outward, so none of the hotel/vacation door locks will work. We always bring something with us if the door locks with a code and there isn’t information on how often the code is changed. We suggest the owner either let the renter pick their own code, or fix the door so that it opens inward and can be locked with any of the “AirBnb” portable locks on the market. This might be a deal breaker for us returning. 3. Be aware that the Bolivar Peninsula is heavily Trump country. Lots of flags and paraphernalia from all the houses and people on the beach. I’m a white guy who grew up in Texas, so I know to just pay those people no mind. But if you’re a BIPOC be aware that the people here might not be the most friendly.

We are sorry to hear of the washing machine provided issues as you stated and you had trouble with the lock. Had we been notified during your visit about the lock or washing machine during your stay we would have been able to help. Unfortunately, we were not given the opportunity to do so. Rest assured the resort lock codes, "HOW TO" and are changed in between guests as noted in the welcome access information email. Thanks for the recommendations, we will have the washing machine looked at, much appreciated. In regards to politics, we do realize that our beautiful public beach attracts all walks of life, as it should. We encourage everyone to be open and welcome diversity. This is America, the right to free speech, the right to education and the right to create your own path. We are a small family business, women owned and operated who come from very diverse multicultural backgrounds ourselves. No doubt, these are very divisive times in our country. We choose to lead with love, compassion, empathy and equality for all humans. As the Beatles say "All We Need Is Love"!

Great Experience, Nice Cabin!

Cabin was super cute & clean and located in a good area. Check in process was easy & the expectations/rules from the property owners were laid out from the beginning so we knew exactly what to expect. We will def rent from these owners again.

Great beach house!!

The house was overall really awesome. Very spacious, practical use of furniture, nicely decorated. The common area inside was great, outside balcony table/chairs a great bonus for shaded outdoor time, the large space on the ground floor was awesome. The kitchen was fully stocked. We didn't feel like anything was missing. Leftover spices was a nice bonus since some places won't even leave salt and pepper. The ground floor had a nice built in picnic table and a bar. Overall great house with reasonable pricing. The property managers were very responsive and kind. There was just one small problem with stained bedding that i reported. It was taken care of immediately. So we really appreciate that. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend staying here!
