great property

My family enjoyed our stay at SeaDream. The house has been updated nicely. The kitchen is spacious and the beds are comfortable. The toilets need fixing the flaps are old and I had to open the top and pull the flap out every time we used the toilet which was a huge pain. And the shower is itty bitty.But, there is a large tub shower in the other bathroom. Other than that I loved the property and if they replace the toilet flaps I would go back.

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Home was clean but a bit dated. Only complaint was that the shower for the secondary room was very small and difficult for anyone over the height of 5'6" to fit under the shower head. Some concern with front porch railing being weathered and felt unsafe since we had small children that wanted to lean over it. Sliding glass door in the bedroom could not be opened due to door or doorway being warped. Otherwise, fantastic trip and location!!

Great little place!

This place was perfect for our group of 6. They made great use of the space - the bedrooms were not huge, but they were plenty big enough. The bathrooms were also more spacious than we expected, but very convenient for sharing. The kitchen was pretty well stocked as far as dishes/silverware/cookware/knives, and pretty spacious. The overall decor was updated and clean. The living space wasn't the largest, but it was adequate for us - the back deck was perfect for watching the waves and waiting out the rain. It was also a very short & easy walk to the beach. Plenty of parking. Things to keep in mind - the steps up to the house were narrow and a bit tricky to navigate with large items. There was a cargo lift that would take items to the back deck, but it didn't seem to be working when we were there - that would have made it a lot easier to load/unload.

Perfect view of the beach!

The biggest asset of this house was the deck and view of the beach. The chairs on the deck were so comfortable and the walk down to the beach took 30 seconds. There was a gate on the deck which was perfect for keeping small children up at the house. The house could’ve been cleaned better and had some things that needed fixed around the house such as a loose board on the deck, wobbly railings, towel and toilet paper racks in the bathroom and missing curtains in the bunk bed room. Beds and furniture were comfortable. House is about a 2 mile walk to the Topsail pier. Kitchen was well stocked. You walk outside and downstairs to a locked room to get to the washer/dry area which had a bit of a bad smell to it. Overall we enjoyed our stay, just would be nice for some things to be fixed/maintained and cleaned better.

Perfect view

We had a blast at the Sea Dream. We stayed a week Saturday to Saturday. The house was perfect size for our group of 5 adults and 3 kids. Lots of kitchen supplies. We loved the view from the deck and sat many hours out there. House was older and not as fancy as some houses. But it was clean, great location (less than 10 minutes from Walmart and Dunkin donuts, 5 minutes to pier and gift shops) and the best and easiest walk down to the beach. Would definitely stay again! Also recommend for anyone that loves an easy and convenient access to the ocean. Outdoor hose and shower helped keep the sand at bay. We chuckled at the fact that the laundry room was located under the house but glad it had one. Check in was easy and an hour early which was an added bonus considering it was Labor Day weekend. Realtor was nice and energetic and answered our calls with a happy voice and was quick to answer our questions about the keyless checkin. If youre looking for a cute and affordable vacation house this is a solid option Thanks for a great week at the beach

Amazing view and great location! Turtle nest in front of rental. Cleanliness wasn't the best though

My friends and family had a great vacation and were even able to see the sea turtle hatching observation!! The turtles hatched during the night, so we missed that, but they always do an observation to release the rest of the hatchlings. The nest was right in front of our rental, so thah was an awesome experience. Views are great and the rental is within a couple miles of the pier, donut shop, bagel shop, restaurants, etc. We had an amazing time, but the rental was not as clean as we hoped and you could tell they barely wiped the kitchen counters... They also forgot a couple of the bed sheets/linens the first night, but arrived promptly after 9pm when we called to let them know. So that was great service!! All around an amazing time, but in the future the cleaning should improve.

Can’t wait to come back!!

We had the best week!! Everything was super clean. Kitchen was stocked with pots and pans . Views were amazing . We were able to sit in the deck while the kids played in the sand . We arrived a couple hours early and we were able to check in early which was a nice unexpected surprise ! Beautiful , clean beach. We loved everything about our stay!

Family vacation spot

The property was good for 4 adults and 2 kids. The seating area would not have been sufficient for more guests to hang out. The kitchen was a nice size and well stocked.

Pre Memorial Day Vaca

Only two complaints : only one tv in the entire house and we arrived on Saturday to a completely full trash bin outside and next pickup wasn’t until Monday then again on Friday morning but by the time you clean out to check, it’s full for the next guest. Not sure it avoidable but frustrating. The one tv biggee deal!!

Great location but really need new mattresses

This was a great rental with a great location. My only real issue was the mattresses were possibly the worst I had ever experienced anywhere. I ended up sleeping on the couch because it was so uncomfortable. They also need to update their pictures because they have lost A LOT of beach since those pics were taken and since the 2018 hurricane season. It wasn't an issue for me because I didn't have children with me, but for those that do have kids, high tide means that there is zero beach around the house. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay. If they replace the mattresses, I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Beachfront Location

Great stay at the Sea Dream. We saw so many awesome things during our stay. Many nights spent listening to music and the waves out on the back porch. Convenient to grocery stores (~10-15 minute drive if you go at the right time). Kitchen offered all the things we needed. We did have to clean some of the dishware but that was not a big deal to us. Great rooms for everyone that was there. Wish the bunk bed room had curtains so our little one would have slept longer, but maybe it worked out in our favor because it got us up and going for all the beach fun!

Lovely Oceanfront Property

Our family enjoyed our recent stay. The set up was great. Our only complaints were the oceanfront bedroom connecting shower was so small you could barely move, the oceanfront bed was very uncomfortable (we had to move to the twins in the streetside room). Other than that lovely property and we would definitely consider staying again.

Beautiful Views

This rental was perfect for our family vacation. We loved the covered deck and beautiful views! Great location right on the beach. My ONLY complaint would be that the floors weren't very clean when we first arrived, however, I called Lewis Realty and they took care of it immediately. We are planning on coming back next summer.
