ZenDen INDY is an ADU that has no shared spaces. Total outside and inside privacy. The main house (adjacent) is totally separate and rented to traveling healthcare professionals. We specifically designed these units to have total privacy! Entrances for each unit are not visible from each other. ZDI has a totally fenced perimeter as well!
